My friend IRL is a huge GTA troll. In fact, you've been in a firefight with him. I can't delete him though, otherwise he'd get sad.

Because Grey and Black are so boring. If we're gonna use colors from GTPlanet, why not red or blue

If we are changing it, then I'd say a nice deep red, something like the stripe at the very top of the page. #9D0000 is the closest I can get, but it depends on how it looks in-game.

The trouble is it would also be nice to have an exclusive colour which is why a lot of people still want Kifflom Blue... which of course would make grey and black also pretty uninteresting choices as well, of course. Personally I want something similar to i Concept purple...

Yup, I can understand the desire to want something that looks different to the friend thing, but that rules out pretty much every blue, except the very dark ones, and I am one of those who wants something unique.

#F11A22 is rather nice. And the red in the BMW //M logo.

Photoshop is telling me that the red stripe is 9E0000, the blue stripe under the banner is 003A91. I was playing around with crew colors to get a decent dark red yesterday. To me, it seemed as if the crew paint was a bit lighter than the crew color. IMO, reds (psycho/bounty) and blues (friend/job icon) tend to get lost on the minimap.

I dunno, I feel like a mint green could blend in with the light blue, especially since the blips are so tiny.
