Just an FYI, I'll state which rank means what, at least in this crew.

Leader - It says Kitten but it's me so yeah bow down all hail k80gun etc etc
Commissioners - Top dawgs. You can't get any higher in the crew unless you become leader. These are regular contributors to the GTP crew thread (sorting out new members) and regular contributors to the rest of the GTA section. Also I can't change who's in this because I'm still classed as a Commissioner.
Lieutenants - Pretty damn respected members. These people contribute regularly to the GTA threads and are forever giving back to the GTP community, whether it being helping people who need to get a few race wins or hosting crew sessions for us all to kick back and enjoy in.
Representatives - The regular GTP GTA bunch, who you'll often find posting various things in the GTA Online thread and usually play GTA more often than GT6.
Muscle - Inactive or barely active members who were only around for the post-release buzz, or people whose GTP usernames I don't know.

So far almost everyone has voted for the colors submitted by one user , he/she submitted 4 BTW, and the order of the colors was randomized, so don't try and guess who's it was
