Yosemite is a good track for anything you can get on it, nurburgring has a spot or two, seattle is also a good possibility. Also try to get cars that are very well balanced. I tried to get a good pic of my Ford GT at seattle but the back end kept sitting down too early.

The "crazy" jumps are kinda funny but I like a clean, fairly balanced jump shot with a good composition. Im not saying Im a pro by any stretch but its type of shots I like better...

Yes you did just post a pic 2 posts above his. Those are from Citta di Aria if I am not mistaken.
Here is his pic brightened up a lot. Go in the reverse direction then after the nasty hairpin there is a long straight away.
Even when you dont want air you get it there.
