I've enjoy playing FFVII quite a bit. The graphics are worse then I remember from when I was a kid but what's to be expected on a game that old? If you were a fan of it then you'll still love playing it now.

Anyone here bought FFVII from the store?

Has it got any problems when it's been made into a PS3-able game? Or is it as good as the glorious old days of FFVII on the PSX?

Um, they are pretty much direct disc copies. The only exceptions to the direct disc copy has been the multi-disc games, which for the US is just FFVII and MGS.

To my knowledge there are no issues of any PS One Classics having issues since the PS3 can natively play PS1 games already. The only issues I have crop up are on the PSP if the game is one that was designed to work with the Dual Shock controller.

Unfortunately, I have not bought FFVII, as I am not a fan of the franchise, or even genre. A friend that did buy it is loving it as much as ever though..

I can't wait for the Fallout 3 DLC. I have purposely not beaten the game yet because of it.

Wipeout HD for $15? Mmm, I'll pull the trigger on that.

You have to beat the game for the expansions to work from what I read. Maybe it was the 360 only.

Today, at the US Play Station Store, Cal of Duty: World at war was released.
I was really surprised, because the game has more than 6 months and now they released the demo version! Really strange, but that's great! For those who didn't play it yet, now it's time to enjoy this game.

I wanted to buy a certain game in the EU PSN Store, but since i now live in the US, i can't use my credit/debit card to add funds to my wallet. I suppose a PSN Prepaid card won't work too (i think). Is there any other way I can add funds (EU)? I was thinking maybe transfer from another user? Wallet to wallet...? Is it possible?

Btw, the game's "Theme Hospital" ...it's like the Sims, but it's in a hospital. I use to play it back in the good old PS1 days for hours and hours. Great classic sim. It's about £3.49, but all have is £1.xx (to which i have no idea how i got it)

The TV shows are found in the Video section of the store. Look on the top there are two buttons that read "Video" and "Games". Obviously the Games section is the default home screen for the store.

The only thing i can think of is to ask a friend in Europe if you can download it off his or her account.

I rarely keep up with Japanese Store developments, so I may be wrong, but I believe that currently the video store is US only.

Your Japanese account has a store icon under videos because it is still using the US firmware.

I believe that the Japanese store does have a video download service (this certainly suugest as much), however its most likely region locked. Just as the US one is.

On my US account if I try and enter the video store I get a screen pop-up saying that I am in the wrong region to do so. It is possiable to get into the US video store from Europe via the back door (wait for an advert to pop up on the store homepage and click on it), which then allows you to browse it, however if you try and download anything (even free stuff) you get the 'wrong region' message again.

Roll on November and the UK/EU video stores arrival.

But as it was before - it probably won't be able in my country anyway (although we belong to EU for 5 years now )
