Moose ive'd raced u plenty times before and u never once said a word. as i recall u kept hitting me from behind and knocked me off course but i still came up. And as for u claiming i crashed into u i was on the inside when u turned in one of the corners and bumped ME! TWICE! I even seen u spin out and i was no where near u when i passed u! So if u can't handle the competition then don't play.

Well when we were in the kink just before the hairpin you were inside me, I tried to stay wide to give you room but you went into the corner too fast & punted me off, & yes you saw me spin because you just booted me off in the corner!
And yes you hit me when you passed in the straight just before 130R & you put me in the grass when you did.

As for competition....well if it wasn't for me trying a different car & working on the setups you wouldn't be anywhere close to me, as a matter of fact in all the other races we were in we never raced because you were never able to keep up with me when I was driving the GT-R or Tuned EVO X!!

There is a trend developing here, many good drivers complaining about your driving & just like your driving style you strike back aggressively.
I don't think anyone will have a problem seeing what is going on here!

I would report your driving but you are not in the official registry.
 
don't trip anymore cause i think i will remove myself cause i dont need this kind of drama. and plus for the ones that have a problem with me i'll see u on the track !!!later.

Definitly not just lag. I saw the car coming at me, ghosted. It then stopped and turned sideways, in a smooth, controlled fashion. Then I hit it. It was most definitly delibrate. Not sure if it was aimed at me, as I don't remember touching anyone at all that race, or if it was just to take the "leader" out.

I have a hard time thinking it was Drama-kyd. He and I had some good clean racing later. At least til I overcooked the corner going into 130R. :dunce: And once he gets out and gets a lead, I have a really hard time reeling him back in. Just not smooth enough with the sixaxis.

Would be nice if they would show the color of the cars at the end of the races, as they do at the beginning.

Hooligan, I don't think you tried to "take me out". But you ARE very aggressive. And that is fine. I just think you stick your nose into corners you shouldn't. Coming into the bend before Casio, you dove inside of me going for the pass. And that was fine. I stayed wide. But you still hit me out onto the run off. If you are going to go for a pass on the inside, realize that just because you may not be able to see our car anymore, that doesn't mean we aren't still right beside you.
 
I'm over at HSR to check the pace of the F2007 tuning. Anyone available? There is one player on right now but he or she is very slow.
 
I'm available, but not touching HSR in any shape or form. Tried it last night with the F1, amazing ride, unfortunately sabotaged by wall riders.

I'll be at 750PP Suzuka and 600PP Suzuka, as usual.

Great races guys! The bump drafting was cool. I tried it a little CWR also, but then I snuck under him around the first bend. I also took the Ferrari to Suzuka and managed to hold my place until the last lap when an off dropped me back 2 spots or so (and right into the middle of a two other GTP drivers - so we finished 3 in a row in the middle of the pack.)

I feel that way about half the time also. But, then the other half of the time things work out pretty well.

Hey, Panjandrum! I had a great time racing with you and CWR last night. Sorry if I bumped you or made crazy passes... :guilty: Totally unintentional. It was my first time online with GTP, and I'd just gotten my A-license, so I hadn't had a chance to test car set ups... 💡

I've tuned a bit and tested in arcade mode now, so hopefully if we meet tonight or later, I'll be much better.

Anyhow, awesome racing! I'm lovin' it!

[stats for last night: 3rd place x 2, 4th, last x 2. Nowhere to go but up! :) 5 of 10 races were disconnected. :( ]

Cuda, sorry about the nudge in Casio at the end. :dunce: I backed off until I knew you had it under control. Great running with you, though! You get that Vette outta Casio VERY quickly. I thought of pulling along side you on the back straight, but didn't want to pinch you, so I backed off.

Seriously, best racing thus far. 👍

that guy Heli_Eric was just plane fast in that gt-lm. and spyhunter was wicked in that s2000!
tons of fun today. love those 1 2 3 4 gtp finishes.

Edit : Cuda, I also noted you get insane grip out of Casio, how do you manage that? Which tire are you running? Suspension settings?

I can take 200R flat out without the tail going out, but going out of casio is tricky, I'm at 50% throttle otherwise I spin for 2 gears.

Laff! I know! I was trying to go through without dropping a gear, and went just a little wide. Ended up putting a tire on the rumble strip, then the grass, went sideways and started "tank slapping". Then just lost it. LOL. If I had a wheel, I think it would have been easier. Wouldn't have over corrected so much. Maybe. LOL.

Oh, and you left before I switched up my points to 748, that way I wouldn't be starting first everytime. 👍

What a blatant logic error. You can't claim what you're doing is right based on what the mass is doing. You should race according to proper race rules, rubbing is part of racing, punting, ramming and purposely doing it is wrong.

Listen, we all rammed somebody here, however the difference between most of us and you is this : we wait for them to come back on the circuit, you don't, you just go for the win even though nobody cares.

"Rubbing is racing" is a catch all for those that can't actually pass someone. Attempting to outbrake and sticking the nose of your car into an apex when you're not even alongside the other competitor is not "rubbing", it's "I know his car is solid and hitting him will slow me down so I can make this turn. Oh, and if he falls of, **** him".

It will, 99.9% of the time, end up with the other guy moving toward the apex, which is completely expected because he's still in front and it's his apex to take, nor should he be expecting you to dive under him at that point. This person will be bumped because you drive right into the side of them, they go off, you continue on, and you just passed someone because you're inpatient and not thinking, not because you have skill.

I don't care if you're not the only one who can't figure out how to drive, it doesn't excuse your ignorance.

Hooligan, calm down man! You're a good driver and I enjoyed racing with you until you punted me off and left me out to dry, twice. You are better than the average driver, but we hold you to a higher standard if you have GTP_ infront of your name, and many seem to feel that you're not living up to it. Just be more careful as you've taken out many GTP members, then continued as if nothing happened. Usually when one of us makes an error that messes up someone elses race, we pull off to the side and let them back past to show that it was an accident and we take responsibility for it. Be more conscious of your braking zones and cars around you and don't try to make a pass unless you can get at least half a car length up beside someone without hitting them.

No slang words that promote laziness, ie; “r”, “u”, “plz”, etc. will be tolerated. Decent grammar is expected, including proper usage of capital letters. Repeated violations will be grounds for suspension and/or permanent removal from the forums.

I am now using a new set up yes. My front brakes were killing me. I adjusted it and killed most of the guys today except for that guy, Jibdaddy, what an ass hole. Ford GT, can't control the car, hits me 5 times in a race. Quit.

I am talking to you, right here, right now. I've explained why you drive like crap, I've explained what you're intentionally doing wrong.

Don't tell me to be a man when you can't even own up to intentionally trying to ride against other people's cars to get past them.
 
HI, I'm new posting here but have been lurking around since GT4 days.
I have a DL edition of GT5p and can't change my name to incorporate the GTP_ tag but you can find me as KumaBar online, I have raced GTP_CWR, yesterday I think, and had good memories, hope to see you guys around more often.

By the way I'm from Mexico but I appear as US.
 
Why use a GTR on 750PP races? I fail to see the point. That guy in the GTR in front of Earth, Cuda and I just slowed us down, making the back markers bump us, race over. Yaye.
