I remember you. Were you driving an orange Ford Focus? At first I thought you were trying to take me out, but then I realized that you were just racing hard.
It was fun fending you off for the win. I also had a swell time racing VentureDenny. I extented an invitation to him to join our forums. He was one of the best non_GTP members I've raced out there. I am taking the night off from the madness. I think it will be good for my health and stress level. I know its just a game, but its hard to remember that when you are being jerked around with the idiots that race there.
You guys have fun now.

I've just had 3 of the best online races ever on GT5P! All at Suzuka 750PP. We have a group of 10 cars that keeps going from race to race, we all finish within about 5 seconds of each other by the end! Lots of bumping and grinding, but none of it looked deliberate. Awesome, awesome races! I wish I had a videocamera!
Is bluferrari21 on these forums? I've had so many good races with him over the past couple weeks.
Earth: I don't think I've ever been pushed that hard in my life! We were 100% dead even. Incredible race!

Wow what an awesome night of racing it was indeed!
1st race i had was with GTP_Vexams (forgot how to spell your name buddy), and Kumabar (GTP member, see few posts above). I had a few races with you two and that was a load of fun!
Next i raced on F1 @ HSR-R and that wasnt any fun, 5 ppl all with stock settngs....after 1 race i just went to practice 500PP HSR. Were i ran into GTP_Panandrum, and Kamabar (i have to send you two an invite tonight). Pan's Mini was a little quicker down the straights then my Delta, so i nabbed 2nd in those >.< Good racing Pan'
I forget what happen in Suzuka, please fill me in.
I dont believe i raced F1 @ Fuji with any GTP'ers, i was sad =( Earth where were you! =;
Now comes the fun!
600PP HSR, I used the lexus, and Panandrum used the old Ferrari, is seemed that thing had a slight bit more power and would pull a little if i wasnt in the draft, so he got the 1st win. I switched to the same car, and threw together a 30 second tune-job. Sorry about that if i bumped Pan or Kamabar, the 1st turn i took my self out, as the thing came round' on me. about the 4th lap i had a feel for it, and by the secton time's i was gaining 2 and a half seconds you the leader (Panandrum?). The 3rd race their was great, i'd like to race some more their, and that car is awesome.
I have to go to work now, so i will post the rest of the night when i get back....NExt to come, Suzuka 600PP, 750PP HSR and Suzuka, both ACTION PACKED!

Unless you have a very slow connection watch the high quality versions of these, as they are much better.
I think the hardest part in all of this is choosing the background music. My wife helped a little (you'll probably be able to guess which tracks).
I am looking for feedback on these. Leave me a private message here if you have comments. Just looking for general opinions. For example, should I skip the background music altogether. Reduce its volume?
My ultimate goal would be to record movies only on rare occasion and then post those few where GTP drivers are doing exceptionally well. There are definitely some excellent races I wish I had videos of.

I was just trying to catch you, I did try to slow down or let you pass when that happened, hope to race you again so our "racing relationship" can improve LOL.As for yesterday I had a blast racing GTP_Members (Mighty_Mopar, Vaxen, Panjandrum & any others) In fact the races with them were the fun ones, as they are both fast and clean racers. I think we all bumped a little on time or another, Sorry from my part if that means something. I think it was with panjandrum that we had an odd head on crash, after some one made him spin of course, sorry for not braking or move I just couldn't react that fast.

Mopars, good racing! Not exactly sure what happened at the beginning of the race, but I think the server let someone join real late. Was interesting watching all of you, or at least the first two, crash right off the start.
Need to apogize to Strayed. Sorry to hit you off after the front staight. I didn't expect you to brake that early. I had planned on braking early, but you really took me by surprise. Once again, my bad.
Had one race with a ton of GTP guys. Was fun!

Nice videos, Panjandrum! I think the music volume is just about right. I can still hear the car engine and tire effects. Some odd choices, tho. Is that Leonard Cohen on Ferrari 512 HSR -1?
Been racing online yesterday, but apart from the Dutchies I only raced Jase72 and Bert555. Would be cool to have a full GTP race

I'm getting fed up with online "racing"
For every half dozen races I have 1 good one and that's all that keeps me coming back.
Since the black list is gone I don't mention hacks anymore, but today a driver by the name of mhallz316 just lowered the standard to a new all time low.
Weaving back and forth on straights up to 5 times to block me in one race, pushing everyone in front of him out of the way instead of properly passing, after faking a pass to the left I pulled alongside him to the right in another race and he shoved me off the road into the grass and guardrail and took us both out on the first lap.
The next race he drafts me on the back stretch on Suzuka on the last lap, pulls beside me and hits me which pushes me wide at 130r, I manage to control it and not get a 4 second penalty, I get back on track in front of him going into the final chicane then he blows my rear end up and makes me miss the chicane. And as he crosses the finish line for the win he pulls the handbrake in celebration. That left a bad taste in my mouth.
And in the next race he spins out so what does he do? Sit in the middle of a turn for the rest of the race.
Next half dozen races I get punted, the host quits, or lag ruins everything. Today I ran into an all GTP race, but I got out of sync with them and could never find them again despite trying for 20 minutes. Prologue or not, the online mode is pathetic because it lacks decade old features that even appear in REAL demos like the Burnout Paradise demo's friend invite feature.
They need to add a rating system, where after each race you can click on each driver, one click = good driver, two clicks = bad driver, 3 clicks resets it = I didn't race next to him so you leave it blank. The idea guys will give clean winners bad ratings is a myth. Private rooms then need to be restricted by rating.
I would like to give a shoutout to GTP member BreakerOhio, for starting near dead last every race and fighting through the hacks with his G25/clutch/six speed to make it to the front when he didn't get run off. I know he would have won more if he had more time and/or didn't have to fight through all the hacks.

Don't feel like the Lone Ranger. IMHO that is exactly why carrying a GTP flag is so important. Our all GTP race today was fun because I knew I wouldn't get punted or have a ghost coming at me. Good drivers one can have confidence entering and exiting corners. No B.S. just good hard racing.
Yea, I hit the marbles but it was because I overcooked it, I didn't get punted by some #anker! Earth I'll race with you anytime, you made a good clean pass on me mate and a tip o' the hat to ya!
We'll all be the better off when Sony breaks out the private rooms! Til then "protect yourselves at all times" Shame we have to say that I guess.

Its cool man, I know you were just racing hard. I want you to race hard because it makes the races better and more interesting. I want you to bump me, so the next time you can learn how not to do that. Every race you have will make you better. I hope I meet you next time and you and me are more evenly matched. The racing just improves when you have to battle with someone equal.

Hey man hang in there. I don't have to tell you I know how you feel. I know are a good racer, and I want you to stay around because the quality of racing improves so much when you are there. Everybody here wants to be in the races with you because of this. I can't agree with you more about the quality of racing online. You saw my comments 2 nights ago. (Which I got a warning for BTW). lol Everyone in this forum will agree with you.
I tell you all of this because I want you to stay around. I don't want to see you stop racing online because of the idiots that race there. I don't know how else to say this.

I was in several races with mhallz316 this afternoon, he punted me off & did his little victory spin when he crossed the line.
I kept going back & beat him every other race & did my own victory spin in front of him!!
People like mhallz316 really annoy me because he's fast but feels the need to cheat, when he punted me off I had a hard time catching him, if he'd just drive right we could have had some good races.

Pretty clean racing at Suzuka 600pp right now. GTP_Jake is running very fast. zodicus accidently bumped me into the sand, pulled over and waited for me to take my position. Classy move.
