I was late in the entrance and nudged a few people...sorry...
I was hoping to turn into the ghost car but no...

ALSO Unknow cheers for stopping in the middle before Casino Triangle...
Takes the outside* Oh look theres GTP_Unknow....WHAT??? slam...loses 2 places... drops to 5th I think maybe 6th...

Kinda unexpected while overtaking someone :P

I'm still learning how to drive with a wheel, RWD will be suicide for me at the moment.

Just good to try something else :sly:

Sorry Sjaak... was on your slipstream and should have brake too late.... sorry again mate for ruining your race.:guilty:

Hmm should I use my GTP account? It would be embarrassing if I did something bad though... (pride comes first the some self-confidence ha...)

Update is drawing near... I should note some settings for a template for the updated PP...

I have no idea how close I got to you on lap 2 turn 1 Wayne? If I was too close for comfort .. I do apologize but here it seemed fine ... just close :sly:

Off to use my GTP account :P

Sorry I nudge anyone in advance. (settings arent the same as the other account...)

See you all at usual place in like 12 minutes :dopey:

Thats it for me tonight, a big thanks to WayneGTC for the company.

Also had some good racing with KOR_Hellrazor 👍(i seemed to start behind him in every race)

I was falling off the track alot tonight so apologies to everyone:guilty:

Jesus wept! OPA60[DE] or summat like that ... you have no talent whatsoever and if you are proud of ramming me off on turn 1 lap 2 deliberately and scooting off into the distance then you are only fooling yourself 👎 learn how to play the game before you jump online!

Some people!

I had to DC there sorry the power went out... its quite stormy over here...

Apologies to any racer that had a problem with me.
Sorry again :embarrassed:

I have to go for a bit see you around ;)

We were.... very close... but that's where the fun is :sly:👍

Wayne, it was a racing incident, with me entering the corner on the inside and in front. I even left enough room for your car around the outside which I wasn't obliged to. Finally, I already expressed my sympathy via PM.

No problem, it was a race incident... but you did push my car enough for me finishing in that uncomfortable kitty litter. As I told you in PM... this is S1 tires are a Pain in the *ss... :sly:

I disapprove of both the content and the tone of your above post. Even if I was to blame for this unfortunate incident, this public screaming is no way to sort it out.

Apologies for this tone my friend... I wrote it right after this happened and was really surprised to see you going without taking any care, while I know you are a fair & clean driver:tup:
Just to let you know, I did (as I can see now, I thought it had worked) edit my post and erased this part of my message when I saw you sent me a PSN PM ;)

@ Scooby... It was no problem waiting... I tried many fun cars tonight and it was good to have battle no matter if we were 1st or last 👍

@ everyone online tonight... It was a great time racing with you all... Fun & Fair... Cheers guy's:tup:

Welcome to the forums ReBeL 👍

I think GTP_maX is on a solo mission to destroy the reputation of GTPlanet, if you enter his lobby it's best to leave before he quits.

No pun intended but what you need to do scooby is keep your assumptions to yourself.
Yeah it's true i had connection problems last night and kept trying to get back at it , and yeah even intentionally left the race once after seeing 2 guys in it that i promised to myself i wont be a part of the same race with, ever again! wasnt aware that i was the host and really sorry you got caught up in it Rebel.

On a lighter note, welcome! and really nice race this evening 👍 , hope you realise i wont let you win next one :sly:

q: does anyone know why i get to be host for 90% of the races i enter ? could it be that my con. type is NAT1 ?

I have NAT1 and very rarely host, even when playing with my NTSC copy (I live in US). I think it's your upload speed?

really sorry you got caught up in it Rebel.

No problem, it was a lot better today 👍

I think it's down to your broadband connection. I am host quite often as well and have 24MB broadband connection, I think that's why.

I'll be joining you in a few mins boys and girls. Thats something for you to look forward too lol. Got my new gtp account now. Gtp_mjh.

he got me last night. Messaged him, but no reply.

What does the NAT mean?

I have had NAT 0 and NAT 1...?

I was under the impression that NAT number represents the connection that reaches your PS3 ie. if your connection goes through a router you would have NAT2 but if you don't run your internet connection through a "splitter" it would appear as NAT0 or 1 ... this is just me assuming tho' 💡

Not shure it's my connection speed that results in me being host almost everytime , but it could be the upload speed as superwally mentioned :boggled:

Being a host has NOTHING to do with how fast your connection is. It's your ping that determines it.
That's why you often see hosts disconnect right after the race starts because his upload isn't fast enough.

Could be wrong, but that's what i've experienced while racing online.

The selection of a host can't be based on pure bandwidth just like it was said above, because just a few days ago I was in for quite a surprise.

My cable internet is only a 4Mb connection (upload speeds of 512kb or even less), and until a few days ago, I had only hosted a couple of races, and both with only 2 cars (me and someone else). No lag whatsoever.

A few days ago, when the line up shows, I see the GTP_Beerz name as #1 on the line up of a 12-car race.
I thought "what the...?" and kept thinking it wouldn't hold on and most likely would crack even before people stepped on the throttle.
Well, it did hold on, barely any visible lag, race went smooth until the end, no problem at all.

Still, I'm amazed that it held on a 12 car race with an upload speed that until now only held 2 cars at once...
