Mos, POTM added to entries. My PC had a lot of updates to install last night so i didnt get much work done.

Do any members have experience with PVRs and video editing etc? Itz found a great video with graphics laid over the top of the replay:

I would like to produce something similar with all our replays but I need someone to help me through the settings, programs to use etc. I have a Hauppauge Gamer 2 and have downloaded a program called Lightworks to edit the video. The quality of the Gamer 2 is not as high as I expected with test videos here:

Im just sorting through every single race replay and I have found that Im missing the following races:

Ferrari F430 Cup Daytona both rounds
Ferrari F430 Cup Suzuka both rounds

Kart Season 2 Tokyo R246
Kart Season 2 Cote D`Azur
Kart Season 2 London
Kart Season 2 Rome

Italian Job All Rounds

Original GT500 Series ran by Ed, if you have any replays I need them all.

Just a question.

Do we have to use all three compounds in race 2?

I understand the soft rule regarding how may are allowed, lets say I finish last in the first race, can I then do three stints on soft and not use rm or RH at all. Like wise if I I finish in the top 5 race 1, I then start on hards and run two softs after and do not use rm at all. Is this allowed?

Answer:

1) There is no need to use all 3 compounds.

2) If you finished last (or out of top 5) you can do all three stints on softs. You can have fourth stint in RM or RH too (but no more RS) if need be.

3) If you finished in the top 5, you can start race 2 on RH and there is no need to run RM at all.

There will be more then 1 tyre/pit stop strategy on most races, together with the handicaps should make the racing very interesting.

Good luck to all tonight for the start of the Pro Series. I will nit be able to attend this event due to work commitments. I have been working on collecting all race replays ready to upload so you should see some progress over the next week or so. I am still missing some Kart Series 2 races and the original enduro event so if you have them please let me know. Thanks to those who have sent missing files for me.

I will update Pro Series template and be catching up a lot tonight so check back for the latest info.
