That's strange I picked up GT5 in 2010.
Let me get this straight
One Spanish and one Polish person speak to each other in English.
There might be some misinterpretation.
Then the polish guy publishes it and The story gets picked up by an English speaking dude who takes the story which might or might not be correctly interpreted an translates it with google translate non the less back to English
I think we should not draw any conclusions from it
Sounds like a bad joke, lol. A Spanish guy, a Polish guy, and an American walked into a bar.......
After Lucas concluded the detailed tracks in the upcoming game, he told something else, according to that article. And this is the sentence in original:
Dodatkowo także ich ilość w grze będzie taka, że kapelusze z głów pospadają.
I do not speak Polish and that sentence can't be properly translated by internet translators. But Polish and Croatian share many similar things and as I understand, it says pretty clearly:
The amount of (tracks) will be such that will make a hat fall of your head.
.
“More than 40 tracks with over 100 layouts (including all versions of Nurburgring – which nobody’s ever done before). That enough for you? ”

“As we were the first session and had a slight overrun, Kazunori couldn’t take many questions. However, he was able to confirm that the number of unique courses available in the game is “more than 70″”

About tracks, does anybody remember these quotes about GT5? The game was already supposed to have an enormous number of tracks... guess what happened in the end?
Please note that some of these links might not be active anymore, they are from an old spreadsheet I made.

That would be the fictional circuit in Siena city ("Piazza del Campo", currently only a photomode location), but it also seemed that in addition to the dirt course named "Toscana" there shuld have been a tarmac version, which ended up being a Course Maker theme.Wasn't Tuscany the one they pulled at nearly the last minute because they got complaints about how the location was modeled or something like that?
