Welcome back Lost 👍
Let's hope the PSN is up to task tomorrow night for us! :nervous:

Thanks jas . Sweet as oni glad i didn't miss out on another race. I best be doing some practice laps tomorrow. Anyone have hard times?

Lost take a look at page 9 for the qualifying positions. They have the hard lap times there. Remember that those times from the 2nd lap (timed lap) on cold tyres so you could probably knock 1 second off those times on your 3rd lap.

Hi all,

Can not race tonight as Ive put my back out and can only stand or lay down ....

Have a good race

Moon

I am not sure if I can make it tonight. I will msg Oni on PSN if I can.

With regards to the teams, would I be correct in assuming that since Oni said JTV & I would be a team when lost said he would be a wildcard, that since he has returned to full time, that we are a 3 car team?

But only the top 2 points scored will go towards the team total?

Well a decent round tonight.

Reduced laps due to connection issues before starting meant I didn't have to last as long on the mediums. Stayed in 3rd until the first pitstop, where I realized that I didn't have a pitbox which cost time.

Was a straightforward race thereafter, made no mistakes and lost time on the pitstop.

Came 7th with Arie catching quick on the medium tire.

My own fault with the pitbox though, since I was last into the room.

Hey guys, thanks for the racing last night.

It was the first time I touched PS3 since last week as I've been strugling to find any time to practice..it has been like that since I've started in this season, doing a arrive and drive thing :ill:...glad at the moment there is no tunning allowed...

I had a good race overall and was getting to understand the car and track towards the end of the race, had a couple of battles here and there, all of which were pretty clean (as aways 👍).

Now, there is something I want to raise....I am affraid I did something wrong during the race! After I had issues on the lounge and had to get off and rejoin, I went straight into the track without re-checking the tyres, to make sure I was on the right one (hards in this case).

Race started and I sudden realized that so I start looking at race pace compared to other guys which also were on hards and based on that, it looked like I could be on the correct tyres so I continued the race with that assumption.

I haven't have the chance to check the replay and confirm what tyres I was on but I wanted to raise this to everyone anyway and express my apologies if found out I started on mediums.

So, I am very sorry to everyone if that happened, I assure you all it was completely unintended.

Thanks all,

Cheers,

Jon i am going to move you into Team BRG (Arie/Mrt) that way the team championship is tighter and every team has a solid driver to keep things interesting for all.

Also congratulations on the win last night mate. I was a bit disappointed due to my sticky brake peddle as it would of keep the racing between you and me a lot more intense and closer. On the laps that i managed to have without a sticky brake peddle i noticed we had near identical pace so it would have been an interesting race. Hopefully that gremlin won't rear its ugly head next round.

Disapointing i sure i could have got p1 but due to pittin few laps earlyer and getting reset in pits ment i lost wicked time over mik which he ended up few seconds in front of me exiting and was afew seconds ahead of him before entered pits.. also noticed red had same problem and due to me being at back pits wasted more seconds changing tyres etc as before could get pit window i was parked ib pit lane waiting for box to come up. All in all my own fault and happy getting 5th from last place.. one more corner and jol would have got me as tyres were shredded.
Good win tho john solid effort mate.

Was looking at having a good slow consistent race but ran wide on lap 1 and had garbage on my tyre and spun at VERY low speed at the next corner. Drove like fang charlie to catch up and burnt a massive hole in my tyres doing it.

Had very little grip at the end of my stint and lost a lot of time. The rest of the race was full of errors and low grip.

I'd love to place blame to the damage my car took in the 1 lapper for the poor performance from my car but in reality it was a bad driving night at a track I never have a good result on.

I'm frantically looking for a panel beating sponsor for next weeks race at Monaco :(

I haven't have the chance to check the replay and confirm what tyres I was on but I wanted to raise this to everyone anyway and express my apologies if found out I started on mediums.
Cheers,
I'll check this for you tonight if no one does beforehand

Hi Rod.

I can confirm you were on sports hards based on my replay.

If anyone has any incidents they want reported please let either myself, asuka or jasr know by pm here or psn.

Thanks

Well done Oni on taking out fastest "clean" lap at Autumn Ring!!! 👍

For those who have watched the replay you may have noticed that the time above is actually third fastest time recorded.

The first and second fastest laps were both illegal and have not counted. Thus giving Oni the fastest lap for this round.

If you are found to be cutting corners or running wide consistently or frequently then you will be penalised by the stewards. Penalties can range from point deductions, grid penalties, 1 race bans and up to disqualifications from the entire ORS Season 11. Ensure you have read all the rules in the opening post (page 1).

A full list of penalties and the points that will be applied to a driver for each penalty can be found by clicking the banner below.

All drivers must ensure they have set their cars to their Tiers required specifications (see page 1) for the race. Failure to comply can results in disqualification from the race to removal from the series.

All drivers must make sure they submit their tyre choice for qualifying/race start by 12pm (Sydney time) on Sunday. Once your tyre choice has been submitted you cannot change it. If you fail to nominate a tyre by the deadline you will qualify and start the race on Sports Hards.

Regards,

Oni
ORS Committee

I'll take a chance & go Mediums for tonight. Really just hope my lag doesn't relegate me to the back of the grid again.

So here I was testing last night after qualifying and a wild fire appeared!!

Look at the damage!

For any insurance companies watching please disregard the model/colour differences in the images, it is definitely my car, Tots.
