Good race guys - sorry whoever I nudged off the road in the approach to the esses. Didn't see you at all alongside me till I knocked you. Totally my fault.

On the twisty bit i went for a pass on a clio. We were side by side approaching a right-hander. I had the inside line an kept to the right, leaving space on the left for the clio. I suspect the clio touched me while turning right and speared off into the track. I considered that perfectly legal and carried on.

Was i right or should i have waited?

I ask this because the clio driver didn't try to punt me off earlier, but later i made a mistake and he was behind me on the last lap and absolutely smashed me off the track, in 'revenge'.

What do you think, maybe some guys aren't aware that the inside line gives track position? or maybe some normally fair drivers get desperate at the end of the race?
He wasn't a GTPer.

The driver of the Clio pm'd me and told me his side of the story and he had a fair case. I apologized for the incident:tup:

got on the podium and splashed champagne around. lol
also spent time at the back end sometimes but was just as fun. Alot of evenly matched drivers on the grid:tup:

watch out for CRAZYTORTISE hes a punter & should not be racing with us if hes going to bump us on every corner,this is the 3rd time ive pulled out of a race now & waited till it has finished,im not happy one bit!!! great racing with the fast & clean drivers though.

my RX8 tune will be in the garage tomorrow hopefully,my best free run is 2.17.874 & got two high 2.16s racing online,great car to ragg about 👍

Some good races last night. Not that I could compete with any of you.
Bad driving and a real shortage of sleep kept me at the back of the grid.
Thought I finally had a tune to match VR6_club but when it came to the real test it wasn't that good. Best I could get was a 2.18.9xx. Not even near the laptimes you guys are getting. Will try again this evening, had a lot of rest so let the RX8 races begin.

yeh some nice racing last night VR6 & EBK2,its wicked to see a full grid,
my rx8 is very fast & eats up the corners for fun ,the S bends are epicc,i'll be on here later tonight, with my tune in the garage too,im using all 6 gears ,just about seeyall later

I hit my first 2.15 today in the RX8. But im only getting 2.16 in free run.

I've had a few high .16s but I'm really struggling to get that extra 0.5-1 seconds.

What tune is everyone running?

I found Hugos to be a bit faster than the DC tune but not as easy to race consistently. I'll post a review on the DC thread when I get time.
