Yes I'm looking for some cars,but im don't do this glitch.I think doing that I can loose all my cars,game data,etc

You won't lose a thing at all as long as you delete the game DATA and not the game save.
The only thing that you will lose is custom made tracks pending the fact that you follow the bulletproof instructions and FAQ I made in the quoted box in the OP.
