el flexo, I would say you need to manually focus on the back of the car so that it is nice and crisp and the background is blurred, this will give it a better sensation of speed. With both the subject & the background blurred, as it is now, it lacks impact and the effect you are after is lost.
I would also probably try to frame it so that the car is a little higher and not as squashed into the corner. It could also do with some contrast adjustment to make the car stand out from the darker road & trees.
However the shot itself does have potential and I would not say it is bad as such, it just needs more work with framing and focus.
