Hey guys, is there any chance I can use an entry I used for a previous entry or is there a rule against this?

Unfortunately the rules state that you may not use a photo that has previously been entered in a competition. A shame, as your shot of the GT is awesome and would indeed be perfect for this week's theme.

However there is nothing to stop you from trying to recreate the photo from the same demo or, better yet, try to re-shoot it with a fresh replay now that you know where you want the car to be. You can then use tricks like edging the car forward very slowly so you have plenty of time to pause through the frames, or slowly turn the car from side to side to see what reflections it picks up.

I know all too well how disappointing it can be when you have a shot that you are very happy with but which, for whatever reason, doesn't make the cut. But sometimes it's best to move on and focus your energy on a new effort, taking into consideration what you have learned from past achievements.

Alright thanks Brock, but I think I found an adequate alternative from the same batch of photos from that photoshoot. It looks great on my LCD monitor hope it works out for you CRT guys.

Well, I have made a terrible mistake on my behalf. I spent a long time touching up this photo, and as I finished, I noticed that the theme 'Blue Oval' was actually for the normal photomode comp and not for the Advanced 2.0. So I now have many effects which are illigal for this comp.
(I may as well post it here anyway)

Usually increasing the brightness and or the contrast will help. Be sure to read all the rules in the first post and understand what changes to your photos are and aren't allowed.
