Thats a beautiful and original photo sejtur, but isn't that more sepia than black&white?

Thx alot atlop. I have no idea what sepia is, but I did B&W with alot of orange balance. Isn't the balance thingy allowed with this theme? It's B&W after all. I think Slip used some white balance too.

According to Merriam-Webster, sepia is "a brown melanin-containing pigment from the ink of cuttlefishes", basicly the color of very old photos, somewhat like what you get when you play with the white balance in GT4 like you said.

Anyway, based on what Vuda said I thought we were supposed to leave the white balance to neutral. And yes you are right, looks like Slip used it too.

Yep, I did use a bit of white balance... I thought it was okay, since the last time we had this theme it was, not to mention there's more than a few pictures in the first two pages with some added as well .

No matter, if someone could clarify I'll resubmit

I think everyone that used a "sepia" look should be able to simply use the convert to greyscale or desaturate options. It should be a quick fix while still keeping their original photos.

I agree with GR, Those who are more Sepia then black and white should Change to Grey Scale. My entry is one of the more Sepia looking ones, in which i will change anyway. Requirements werent absoloutly clear on what was allowed or not, so no one should be Penalized as of yet. Untill final word is given.

But Slip's entry really looks fine to me. I mean can we really define if they've left settings as Neutral...
