440> not bad though
the flame looks good to me ... maybe I have bad taste .. who knows?
for the window tint part, here is my dirty trick. Go to the same photo travel location and take a photo of the scenery which is the same image as the reflection of the window. Then use photoshop transform it, bend it, whatever you can do to make it look like the reflection. This trick can be re-use on the body parts as well.
For the CF hood, here is the tutorial

however when you distort the texture, pay more attention on the patterns and make sure it skewed correctly. I think you can handle it.

440 CHARGER
Me Neither! My professor went over it in the class I took, but I never caught on... That and the Layer Masks... Maybe I will have to pull out the old Photoshop Classroom in Book! I think it covers that stuff!

I always assumed the Path Tool is just the Pen Tool. Is that correct?

My WIP

I tried editing the front bumper, but it's not looking too good. I didn't realise how hard it is to edit bodykits

lookin nice, im jst gonna add some stickers on mine then im done :P

well, heres my attempt at adding stickers etc :D

And left yarble, keep us updated! :) I think maybe you could try using the blur tool on the bumper to smooth it out and then the burn tool with shadow selected with 50% transparency to create a small shadow line to create a bumper 'crease' that should fix that up.. :)

edit: I was bored so I decided to see what I could do with it. I only worked on the front bumper on the right side, used the blur tool and like I said the burn tool to create a bumper line. Touched up a few color mismatches in the bumper with the burn tool with midtones selected instead of shadow.

Edited:

Besides that I used the Burn tool and selected midtones with about 15% exposure and used a large brush size and went over the sides of the car to give it more depth. And then I used the Dodge tool with highlights selected with once again about 15% exposure and then went over just the "edges" of the car normally where the sun would be shinning the most..to make it "pop" :P :) 👍

By the way, the dodge and burn tool can be selected by right clicking the icon next to the tear drop, and the mode (midtones, shadow, highlights) can be selcted at the top center of the screen ..

Photoshop has a lot of potential, you just have to "play" with it.. Its how I learned everything.

Heres a quick mugging with the brush tool with color burn tool with red

:scared: its small for a reason, this way you cant see the extreme sloppyness of the brush work :dopey:

here's some more cars have a look

Hey, thanks for the tutorial link franz! Those are great! I'm gonna try the decal one here shortly with some new flames and company stickers! Here is the latest with another flame and the Carbon Fiber Hood and Body Kit! Later...

I havent been able to find anything with the camera position I need of a shot of the interior. Lets just say I did stage 3 weight reduction, and leave it at that :P

Update on the camaro

Enlarge the Wheels! Or maybe just put some wheels on it that have a little more depth... I know those are the SS wheels and all, but they just don't look good in that photo for some reason. And not to sound demeaning or snoty or anything, but it looks like the Camaro was vandalized by someone with a can of blue spray paint! But your black graphics on the hood and on the side look real good though!👍

yea, dont take anyones comments offensive on here as i was saying earlier, we're all here to help each other point out whats up with it, and what can be changed :) and how if u really need to :)

stumpydino
i had been thinkin about doing it but i still need to get around to taking some suitable pictures of it

How would some of these do? If you want to use them you can, just give me credit for the pic, if not o well.

This one isnt customized as I didnt have the time, but I turned the lights on and increased the smoke illusion, and added a slight grain effect. I think it looks great :)

still wip possibly leave it at this if i ever get time ill touch it up more, whadya think? ta to insane for the pic btw 👍
Hmm yeah its ok, but I think your hues are off though. And where you cloned over the intake, its too steep and it looks as though the stickers are suspended over the air.

The intercooler at the front is also rather shoddily attached to the car. And where'd you steal the reflection onto the pannels from? You cant have completely re-moddled the entire right hand side of the car for him. You might as well have taken this new photo yourself and whacked some lights onto there.

Actually, I think you did just use another car mate.

Peace, Dead Dreamer.

ahh, nice one overclock, you wouldnt mind posting the original of that would you?i wanna give it a go :) thanks :)

stumpydino , not really a big fan of muscle cars, but nice one :)

hmm, u got a bigger version of the one with the front? :D

lol, its not a competition, bt its ok if u dont want me to use it :embarrassed: jst saves me time taking another picture :P
