I had the exact same problem when I went karting end of last week.I think I was too heavy or something, because I kept spinning out when braking from the high speed straight.
Yah I figured after the 3rd spinYou guys spun because you were too heavy on the breakes and the rears were locking. Next time just start breaking a bit earlier snd lighter and that should stop you guys from spinning. I learnt my lesson spining at 50mph coming from over a crest and just all off a sudden having dust billowed around me and sitting by the tyres.
That is so true. My buddies usually weigh 20 - 50 pounds more than I do, and I whip their as*es on go karts. And all this time, I thought it was my mad skillz!vtec_guyI wanna go karting so badly, im going with my cousins soon. My uncle is a property developer and is rich as hell so we can make bets on who will win. He has old man experience but I have GT4 experience in learning the way of the racing line. Plus im probably about half his weight. Some people make fun of me being 10 feet shorter than i should be but when it comes to karting, I will have a better overall power to wieght ratio than the other suckers.

I think 300 pounds on a go-kart makes quite a difference. I'd bet my foot was braking more than I wanted it to due to my height as well.
edit: oh yeah...don't go off with your whole, "GET TO TEH JYM!" shpeil. I'm well aware and am doing so.
GT_Fan2005for me, 10-15 press up off my bed, 10-15 pulls up on my bed (bunk), maybe 10-15 sit ups, that would be every morning when i wake and every night before i sleep, sometimes during the day i have a half hour run.
vtec_guylol I just cycle all the time but my arms get crap all in the way of excersize. I dont rly care about my muscles to be honest. I cycle because I enjoy it. I'd struggle to care less about a "bulge in my arms".
Young_WarriorFor muscle growth do 3 sets of 10 for pressups, pull ups and 3 sets of 15 for sit ups do it 4 times a week and you should see some muscular growth in about 3 weeks. About three months later and you should have a nice bulge in your arms.
