I'm sure we all used to do this when we were younger. Are there any cars or marques whose names you still don't get right to this day? Or you happened to misread it the first time and it just won't go away?
Of course, there are dialectal differences such as Hun-day and Hi-yun-die. Or not pronouncing the original language correctly; Lan-see-a/Lan-tcha and Day-see-a/Da-tcha.
