Twitter page I saw showed the same thing but also said they were breached and to remove credit card info.

Oh boy. Looks like I won't be able to rejoin y'all tomorrow after all.
First time got a chance to connect the wheel this evening to do some practice and whatever. Connected wheel, pedals etc, powered on wheel, connected fine, launched PS4, game, went to Practice session, choose car, track etc etc.
Thing is sometime in-between doing that and actual practice on track I was getting intermittent "Controller Disconnected.....Reconnect again....". And of course when that happened lost control of the wheel. Restart console, game etc and the issue would repeat. After a while I just gave up.

I don't know if it could be as a result of power spikes and/or overload from the wall's electrical power outlet as everything is connected to the main one 2-female power outlet. (BTW, I have a 6-plug thing-a-mi-jig plugged into that in order to get additional outlets to plug the additional accessories I have, of which they are plugged in to a line conditioner with 5 female ports and two power surge/UPSs...each of which has additional females to plug into as needed.

Every so often I hear a "click click" sound from one of the UPSs indicating a spike and the LED is lit on "Power Overload".
So could it be when a spike happens it could cause the drop in the wheel "controller" connection?
Perhaps our in-house tech guru @yogi bear could shed some light or anyone else?
It sounds like your issue can be several different things mate.

First off, did you first start the machine with your Controller (DS4?) Regardless, you may have forgotten, just make sure to start the machine by pressing the On-Off button manually with your finger. This is most likely your problem.

If that doesn't work. Can you use a different outlet? Or a different Power Pack? Do you have a Multimeter?

Oh, also make sure all of your wires are pushed in and connected properly.
You mentioned 3 prong thing. Were you referring to your wall or your Wheel Servo? It's confusing because, it's hard to tell what you meant as you may have been talking about the Thrustmaster Servo input which uses funky looking 3 prong inserts or, you may have been referring to a 3 Phase wall outlet and that wouldn't surprise me as you are in the Caribbean.

Edit: Nevermind, you said 6 prong thing, so you were probably talking about the powerpack.

If any of you yaHoo's here are interested in MotoGP 19 (the game) it's a pretty good game. So far anyway. Have completed the Red Bull Rookies Cup and started Moto3, two races in. There is a lot to do as well, RBR Cup, Moto3, Moto2, and MotoGP (career & ind championships), also MotoE and Historical bikes and riders in the form of Historical Challenges (think Codies F1 game). The game is a vast improvement over MotoGP 18, which was a pretty good game in itself... The graphics and gameplay have improved across the board - really enjoying it so far.

Here's a few screenshots.

I was looking into all of the bike sims for a while at one point recently and was serious about it.

However, I am having WAY too much fun playing Dirt Rally 2.0 brother. There's only so much time I can afford to spend on the secondary sim games, being that I'm so busy with work lately. I'll still look out for it and may pull the trigger when on sale for sure.

To me though, I can not stress enough how much fun you guys are missing out with this Dirt Rally 2.0.

I know it's gotten some heat but I'm telling you guys.. Don't believe the naysayers. It's super fun doing an 8 man Rally through 13 sessions. You don't see your opponnents but the bar on your left has everyone's name on it showing where they are in relation to you and your heart rate is through the roof as your trying to keep up but making sure to not damage the car as it gets carried over to the next session etc. So much fun.

Who's coming out for some crazy wet fun at Snetterton?? Hm, hmm?

And remember, you can run WET tyres whether it's raining or not!! :gtpflag:
who are we kidding, it's England - it'll be raining . . . . .
Haven't talked to you guys in a while since I've been CRAZY busy with these jobs as it's the busiest 3 months of the year.

Well, also last week my G-27 started acting funny by starting to stay off-center. To make a long story short, I looked into it and decided to try and fix it.

I'm sure some of you already know of the issue of the Decoder in the Servo which gets damaged or, loose because of the 2 screws that come loose. Well, after spending several hours performing surgery, and dilligently trying to do everything properly, I open her up and sure enough one of thev2 screws were loose but the decoder was immaculate with no signs of any damage or of it being loose. So, I tighten up the screw and make sure all is put together back properly.

I boot up the system, the G-27 goes through it's normal boot up cycle, get on track and about 4 or 5 corners later, it starts to do it again...

Now, I'm buggin out and I know I won't have any time to get a new wheel with my work schedule ahead. I quickly look online for any sales and sure enough, one of the local N.Y.C mega electronic stores had the T-300 RS GT Special Edition on sale for $260 with the store closing in less then 2 hours.. About 2 hours and 5 mins later, I was on a crowded Subway with a big box between my legs holding onto a strap .

Haven't been on it much since I've been so busy with work but so far, so good.

So now, I'm supposed to enter this race in possibly my most inexperienced track in the game with, a car I'm not that crazy about, using a new wheel and on top of all this, in the rain ..?

Sure I'm in :gtpflag:.

David, after many disconnects, I traced my problem to the power cord connection to the wheel. It was loosening up with hard turns. Shimmed the connection, no disconnects from the wheel anymore. My problem now is the d-pad or hat switch, the inner spring is broke backed. Gonna get my T-300 back and use it till I get the Fanatec back.

Thanks Lobbie. I'll double-check that.

I think I'm having some sorta surgery next Thursday, at the very least I'm going to the Dentist, whether I need to or not...

Gotta be better than driving that damn thing in the ****ing rain again... be glad when we get back to race cars, on race tracks, in race conditions . . .

Well that's one track I refuse to run wet. The entire back straight is one big puddle. Just like the buggati circuit at Lemans

Not looking very rosy. Could we perhaps not stick ourselves to the real time weather for this one and race rainless?

I tend to like the rain, it's a good equalizer. Was running in second place till last lap. Had a small spin and one space passed me...but still got 3rd...a podium..and 4th in the next race.

Yeah but racing cars too expensive to race in rain.

Mike, how do you like the CSL compared to the T300?

As you know, I recently got the T300 on a whim because my G27 broke.

I like the T300 so far but the CSL was what I always had my heart set on to eventually get one day.. I still have 2 weeks to return the T300.

I would of sold you my Xbox fanatec. For 200. You pay shipping. But you would still have to use the drive hub.

Wait, we can still do that as I still have 2 weeks to return it.

Wait, how come you're not using it bro? I remember you had told me but I forgot .. I don't know though. You see, I want to get the CSL Elite but REALLY REALLY REALLY want to get the V2 or V3 F1 detatchable wheel for it down the line.. I'm not that sure if the add-on F1 wheel would work properly with the Drivehub but I will look into it.

What are you using now?

Edit: So I looked into it a bit.

Being that what you have is for the X-Box, that means it's one of the ClubSport servo's. To make a long story short, the BIG question that is gonna make or break this is, do you know if you have the ClubSport Version 2.5, 2.0 or the 1.5?
