No it's not, the bottom of the screen is on the hood.

yes it is, the camara is actually on top of the front window/roof and looking slightly down. when the other cars are passing by you see the camara is at the same height of the roof of other cars and above the barriers.

Next time you go to drive your car, put your chin level with the top of your roof, and look straight out. Then move your head in front of the windshield and put your face about where it would be if you were in the car. It does not seem like a roof cam to me. THIS is a roof cam.

The first half of this video.

This is an older vid, and this view does look like a bonnet cam, I don't see any hint of a windscreen

Can anyone who played the BETA please tell me about how the physics felt when playing in professional mode??

How did the physics feel compared to GT academy or prologue?? did it feel closer to one or the other??

Yep, I think bonnet cam is basically a camera in front of the windscreen at a height that would be roughly in line with the drivers view from inside. Hence why we see quite a bit of variance between the different cars (low sports cars versus normal road cars). It's my cam of choice that's for sure, but I'll be checking out cockpit to see what all the fuss is about!

+1
I think this view best replicates VOF (vision of field) and removes the animated wheel and arms.
A better cockpit view would have the 'dashboard' option to remove the wheel and arms.
