No Man's Sky will launch on PS4 & PC simultaneously.

Ok this might be slightly off topic but does anyone know if this is the most smartest gaming setup? Especially where my PS2 and PS4 is placed? :scared:

Not at all, consoles should be at an open space, unless you got some top quality intercoolers for both PS2 and PS4.

I recomend you to look for a more practical TV stand.

And all those wire don't look great either.

Well it was my parents decision. I wanted to put it in the bottom of the desk where there's a lot of open space, plus that's where my PS3 is probably going to end up. *smart idea* Just have to clean everything up.

PS4 unlikely to get backwards compatability any time soon following the XB1 BC announcement:
http://gamerant.com/ps4-backwards-compatibility-sony-408/

Good thing I bought an XB1 when I did.

Backward compatibility would have been a huge thing when console was released but now I do not think it matter much. Especially with HDD space issue. New games have too much CG videos or what not and take too much space. They need to do something about space issue :banghead:

Well its not the best, in fact its pretty bad. Although, it looks like the tray that the PS4/2 is on can pull out. If anything, just to be safe, you can just pull it out when you play so that way it gets good air circulation.

Well I'm already planning to switch to a new stand for my PS4 and PS2 for the second time again this year. I can show you the new one but because of family portraits being on top of the stand and my parents wouldn't like it being shown on Facebook or anywhere in the internet, I can't show you the top.

This doesn't look too bad right? Underneath you got some air circulation coming from both sides due to the open gaps plus a drawer to store your games inside. Could be a neat idea for storing multiple game consoles IMO.

Dissapointing the lack of Holiday first party titles from Sony, but everything they showed at E3 is incredible with Horizon and UC4 stealing the show.

Horizon just came across as your typical Third-Person action title to me. Also, I'm not exactly stoked that Guerilla are making it since their shooting mechanics are usually heavy and unfun. Doubt we'll see it before Holiday 2016 too. :(

Uncharted 4 looks like more Uncharted, so I'm happy with that. 👍

it's a full blown RPG from what I've heard, and the setting looks fantastic.

Watch an analysis of the UC4 demo brend, some mind blowing stuff by ND. Can't wait to see more of the extended demo, thought Dreams was intriguing as well but did not understand anything.

Dreams seems like the kind of game you'd be like 'Yeah, thats pretty cool' but not actually spend any time in. I think we're getting to the point with creation tools like this where you might as well use dedicated tools to create things.

The main appeal for me is it will support VR, which opens up endless experiences.

My PS4 is ready for Tales of Berseria.
In fact, I have been whoring myself to Tales of Xillia 2 on PS3 lately. Cannot wait for Tales of Zestiria PS4 either...
Yes, I am a huge Tales fanboy lol

I think that was specifically the Killzone games as I remember them saying they were trying to represent the feeling of a heavily equipped trooper - essentially a knight with guns - so not light of foot like so many games have.

For me, it feels too close to Enslaved: An Odyssey to the West in direction - plus I'm betting that there will be some TLoU style exploration of the old cities, just, y'know...sunnier ;)

I'm happy to be proved wrong on those counts though, so I'll wait and see for more info closer to release.

I've been waiting from a new PS4 SKU for ages! Glad it's finally here not so much because of the HDD but because of the internal enhancements and no doubt some ironing out of the issues the first gen one had. I wonder if the 500GB will also get a refresh internally. Only thing I'm not thrilled about is the change of the HDD cover from glossy to matt and the chrome PS logo is gone. Makes it now look even cheaper when they should be going the other way making the whole thing gloss with chrome accents!

I want to know if there are any chip nm changes or if it's just a more efficient design to get the power down.

I'm guessing it will be 20nm, will try and get one or hold out for a 14nm version potentially redesigned next year to go with GT7 if it comes out then.

Makes sense 500 GB is nothing these days.

Just missed out on a used PS4 on ebay just went for £220!!
Hoping with the release of the 1TB Sony will lower the price of the 500Gb model, wishful thinking i know...
