He's mentioned downloading titles, you play them as they download as you only need a small portion of the data to be able to play. Surely this doesn't mean that titles will be download only - I certainly hope not.

We're also able to watch from our XMB which is great for those who don't own computers. I hope that we still get another year out of the PS3 though. I still feel the PS3 still has life in it.
