So someone was digging through coding for different pokeballs, and found this;
Basically, catching a Beldum in a Heavy Ball is now impossible. From my understanding, this is due to the Heavy Ball having a -20 catch rate modifier on pokemon weighing less than 451.5 lbs.
Beldum weighs 209.9 lbs and has a catchrate of 3
3-20 = -17, which normally isn't a problem, but because a line of code was changed in S/M to allow a catch rate of 0 (in all previous gens, the lowest possible catch rate is 1) the game no longer rounds up to 1 and instead will round negatives to 0.
What does this mean? Beldums in heavy balls are illegal, no idea if GF is going to take action against people who have these - although if they do more than likely innocent people who got one on GTS/Wonder Trade could get banned from online play, so it probably won't happen.
Just something interesting I read.

Mawile and Beedrills Mega Stones came from the Feburary challenge originally and are now open to the public.
I assume the same is going to be done with these 3 Mega Stones.

Yeah I found it on the actual website, that was what I was asking for. They will most likely then give these out later on, but probably not before the other competition only (so far) stones. Which are the Steelixite and Pidgeotite.
Anyways, the post was still to inform others that they can actually just simply do this and obtain them before anyone else. Which is a good thing and don't see why people wouldn't want to. No where is it said this is the only way, but it is the most earliest way.

I have the worst luck in my Sun Nuzlocke. I just lost Payne the Phantump to a Zubat with a ton of backup and Gabe the Lycanroc to a Nosepass, right before I'm meant to battle Olivia. On top of that I wasted a ton of time raising a Pyukumuku.

Pokemon Company has a event give away right now in the U.S. of Lycanroc midnight form, the event is only going on for a couple more days (ends June 5th). You have to go to your local Gamestop to get the cards that have a code to download the pokemon on to your game. Lvl 50, life orb, ability: no guard, stone edge, Fire fang, Sucker punch, Swords dance.
I currently have 2 cards and may have more before the event is over. So come Monday just inform me if anyone is interested and we can set up a trade.

Cherish ball, HA and the specific moveset no...it's an event pokemon that alone gives it value. Just offering for those who may want it and couldn't get it in time, no reason to rain on the offer.
Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon coming to 3DS November 17, 2017. Sun and Moon are probably my favorite generation so really happy to see it come back.
Awesome not sure when I'll get one cause I now need to replace my 3DS.

Normally my Yugioh instincs of getting something really valuable would agree with you but I hardly do Pokemon trading anymore and when I do its only with friends.

Well, I mean, I do Pokemon battles without breeding them due to my fictitious connection with the Pokemon I raised, so yeah you're right
.Trying to do a Krookodile Power Trip strategy right now with my Pokemon Blacks Krookodile I named Fangs, it always had Moxie and since I have a Scolipede that passes stats over, I figure the combo will be a niche thing to try
