Did they change something in the update or what?

I really wish they had implemented the evolutionary stones in the game. Niantic could have easily placed them at the Pokéstops as obtainable items, and use them as a secondary requirement to evolve the Pokémon that need a stone as a condition to do so, just like stardust & candies are requiered to power up a Pokémon.

One week ago, he wasn't even amongst my strongest Pokémon. In fact, he was one of my weakest ones. But now, just 7 days later... he's alone at the No.1 spot on my list

So proud of this Monster It will take a lot of time to increase it's power, but I'm going to do it.

Also, picked up a brand new, 647CP Pinsir, evolved a 302CP Machop I found today, evolved my strongest Doduo into Dodrio, and got to level 12...

Hardly surprising. You cant keep the initial player base on high. A drop off on eventual time frame is expected.

Best thing is to look if the number steadily growing on latter stages.

Not really. 30 million is still a ton of people. It's just all the people who got it literally just to show people that they know what's "cool" in the world have moved on.

Level 14 now And got myself a cute Vulpix.

Also, 2 more powerups left for my Gyarados for the 1000CP mark (currently he is sitting at 947CP). Despite being a lightweight one, Candela said it's a good one 👍 I am very pleased

Not trying to bash on your Gyarados, but it is really a waste of stardust to power it up now.

You should wait until you are like level 22+ and when you get a decent IV Magikarp with CP at 160+ and evolve that, it will give you a very decent Gyarados which you can power up to a great pokemon.

Not trying to bash on your Gyarados, but it is really a waste of stardust to power it up now.

You should wait until you are like level 22+ and when you get a decent IV Magikarp with CP at 160+ and evolve that, it will give you a very decent Gyarados which you can power up to a great pokemon.

No, don't worry I decided to power it up because I didn't want to waint until level 20+ to have mine, that's all. Also, I decided to power it up because near home I have a constant suply of Magikarps (I always pick one or two every day without leaving my house).

There are other 2 more reasons why I decided to boost him: Because each power up increases his CP by 35-37. With most Pokémon you take ages to increase their CP, while I was getting a 100 CP increase with just 3 boosts. If Gyarados had a lower CP increase per boost, I wouldn't have bothered to do so.

The 2nd one, and a more romantic one to be honest, is that I couldn't let this Gyarados to be such a shamefull one. When I picked him he was just a 113 Gyarados, and all I could see near my house were guys with 1000+ Gyarados, Snorlax and Dragonite's... so I decided not to fall behind and began building up my own Gyarados

So there it is 👍

As for my Pokéjourney, I'm currently at level 15, got myself a Rhydon, an Arbok, and now I have a near 1000CP Arcanine. 👍 Pictures coming later today!

Yes. When it said Region exclusive Pokemons, it means on the wild, not eggs.

Gyarados has finally passed the 1000CP mark Also, my Arcanine is over a 1000CP, too.

Got a second Arbok, slightly weaker than my 1st one, and an Eevee I hope to evolve into a Flareon in the near future, and now I am level 16

I think the park near me has a Dratini nest or something. I've caught 4 of them in the same spot in less than a week.

So I decided to try an IV calculator for the 1st time today...

Most of my Pokémon are ok, BUT my Charizard has been labeled as a complete failure by the Calculator The lack of fire attacks was a bad sign when I captured him, but now I just got it confirmed (Also Candela said it was a useless Pokémon for Battle).

However, my Meowth has perfect IV's Coudn't be happier about him!

Now I'm level 17, and after a few days with poor captures, on Sunday and today I got quite lucky.

Grabbed a useless 130CP Golbat yesterday, but was good enough for the "new Pokémon" 500EXP bonus. Still looking for an over 300Cp Zubat so I can get a decent one.

Today, I captured a near 1000CP Arcanine with one single SuperBall throw, and also got a near 900CP Magmar.

Hope this trend continues for the rest of the day 👍

Also what is kinda well not the best is that you can walk the required amount 1km, 3km, 5km, for the buddy to gain 1 candy. No stardust.
So with the added extra on hoping to gain more stardust with it I guess it's not the best.

I figure that I was a bit late to the craze, but I still play occasionally, usually on weekends because there's pretty much no Pokemon at my school. I guess my interest in Pokemon has been re kindled as a result of Pokemon Go, and I'm getting into the anime and TCG again as a result. All of a sudden I have this urge to collect all the Pokemon and use them as my own. It's such a satisfying thing man. My best Pokemon? A 392CP Kangaskhan. How very appropriate...
