Car Settings - Fixed or Adjustable ?

People also say that with one day races they do not have time to do a tune, you do realize that a tune can be done offline and tested (which should be done offline anyway) and that Tune can be saved for that car and for that course and used at a later date.

And there isn't. A lot of people only have a couple of hours a day to spend on GTS. When you've got 2 races a day at roughly an hour each, that pretty much takes up your allotted time. There's no way the 15min free practice is enough time to test - you would need to go offline and spend at least a good 30 min for each race. Good luck trying to find time to test and tune your car for a specific track, when you have 14 FIA races a week.

When races change daily i dont mind them being fixed. It already takes some time to complete practice and a race, also having to put time in tuning would make it a bit to time consuming for me to do every day imo. When the races change weekly though then i would like to be able to tune as we would have more time to practice and tune over the course of the week.

Adjustable as long they are adding weight over springs capability to carry.
Fixed if they add sufficient extra tension to springs on BoP, or do it just by lowering power or lighten car.

Nothing is ever going to be fair, and the fast guys will always be fast whether they have tuned or not.
Look, if fair is what we must have, I want all systems to be limited to about 2hrs play time over a 2 week period. That's about all I have time for, so, why should anyone get an advantage on me because they have more time to hone their skills?
oh, and no cars with custom livery's either because A)I don't have time for that either, and, B) gee some of them are so cool, they take my focus away from racing.
it's not fair.
Tuning is as much a part of racing as is the driver... look at how much time is spent on individually setting up team cars in any real life setting, and rarely, do team mates have identical tunes for their respective cars.
Vettle is not going to jump in Kimmi's car and be comfortable, nor the other way around.

You forgot about steering wheels, why should people who have more money to buy expensive equipment have an advantage over those with the DS4 controller? :D

Test Season 2 for the Nations Cup and the Manufacturer Series have just been announced and it seems the car settings are fixed once again for these championships, I just checked.
Test Season 3 starts today and the car settings are still fixed for both championships.
