Again, those are wheel options. T10 did it right by modeling the 'base' 18" Turbo wheels. Would I have rather liked one of the few wheel options? Of course, especially the mesh 19" because I love mesh wheels.
BTW sometimes 'next year' model options get carried over into late models. I'm not sure about Porsche but I know that VW and Audi have 1/2 year like 1999.5 and later is the mk4 but 1999-1999.5 is the mk3 Jetta. Could be the examples you posted were late options (or options themselves, I only remember seeing them for the 1st time last year). But still, just wheel options.

Many of the shop rims don't quite give the required look.
Now if we could switch the stock wheel rims between cars 💡

Buying the pack is the least I could do, considering I've gotten every single DLC for free.

I was showing that they are not only on 2012 models. T10 did it wrong by putting on ugly wheels that are found mostly on the V6 versions.
The first real pic I posted is a 2010 Porsche Panamera Turbo, on stock 18" wheels, which is what T10 modeled. They did it right. Would I rather have seen the better and sexier looking 19" or 20" wheel options? FO-SHO! but I'm not a fan of the car to begin with so no biggy to me. I barely drove it in FM3 to begin with and doubt I'll even get it in FM4.

Man, even with Turn10 gives people Porsche like they wanted, people still find a way to whine and cry and complain about it. T10 ain't gonna change your diapers. If you don't like it, don't buy, but STOP complaining about EVERY SINGLE THING. Seriously, for all the "Forza is better than GT" boasting, there is about as much complaining from the Forza fans about Forza 4 as there is about GT5 from the Forza fans. This is why I don't like the Xbox community because it's mostly full of whiners and complainers or 6-year-old, foul mouthed kids.

I guess this confirms duplicates are in fact added to the list of 30, and I wonder if this is a 'new' car counted even though we already have the 2011 model in Flying Lizard trim

Turn 10 were doing well until now... One of the new cars is a freaking duplicate! 
The Flying Lizard GT3-RSR was enough, painters can make the falken tire livery themselves!
My hopes for getting both the 997.2 GT2 RS and 997.2 GT3 RS 4.0 extremely slim, now it might be only one or the other... or neither...

Don't get why guys are going nuts over the racecars. Calling them "dups" and all which , if guys look, is also false. The Falken and Flying Lizards are different cars. Check the hood scoop on the Falken which isn't there on the Lizard.
As a person who likes the ALMS part of this I'm glad we're getting these cars and not having to worry about having to paint cars to "look like" cars they aren't. Nice to have the real things.

Unfortunately it's the same thing as the Flying Lizard version, just that the Falken livery is painted black
I'm also an ALMS/LMS/WEC/GT fan and I like having the real thing but that's what the livery editor is for.. Give us the car and we can paint it (or buy the livery in game online) however we want. Give us ANOTHER car that isn't duplicated. I'm not a fan of dupes being called different cars just because it has a different paint job.
