No. I mean 2018 F1 spec. They've been faster at Bahrain and Melbourne easily. 8 tenths would probably be beaten in Q1.
If it's dry and warm I would imagine they'd smash that time, with the constant development of the cars. But I think they've said they were aiming for a 1:36.xxx?
That'd put it well beyond the current crop of F1 cars and probably beyond any F1 car for our life times, unless something monumental happens with safety technology
