As for mounting points, does not change the geometry of the mounting... you can do the physics behind it.
As you can see,i was able to mount it on C pillar, but i didn't intensionally.
I know it's better if the angle is bigger, but i actually don't know anyone that actually had problems with this kind of mounting.
People drive hill climb with this kind of mounting (or cage mounting on this position if it's proper 4 point with 4 actual points on the ends, that's why i refer this one as a 3 point belt, not that hard to understand)
Sorry, I must be mistaken in assuming those snow tires have tons of dry grip. Or that the Yugo has profoundly well designed suspension from the factory. And brakes. My bad.
First of all, they aren't snow tires but that's not so important after all.
Second,who said suspension is stock?
Although i should recommend you to try a yugo with properly lowered suspension,PA6/Aluminum bushings/mounts,florida trailing arms and sleds.
Only thing better on that cars are coilovers on the back, but not necessary for good handling.
Here you go,these are almost stock cars, slightly stiffened and lowered with street tires on very old tarmac.
