My 1988 E30 with a M52B28 engine (E36 328i), used to be a 320i.
~200hp and 280nm doesn't sound a lot but it's pretty quick, E36 M3 3.0 are no problem :P

Mods:
-M52B28 engine
-K&N 57i
-G-Power Catback
-Fintec springs (front only, car has Mtech suspension)
-E36 Steering rack
-Powerflex front wishbone

Soundcheck (proper video coming in spring, I guess):

Old pictures from before I did the engine swap and with stock exhaust:

Thats a shame. The HR's respond well to bolt on's, and sound so good when you get them in the upper RPM's.

Nice Malibu, and I absolutely love pro-touring muscle cars, how far are you going with yours?

Mainly suspension and brakes and later on an ls motor. I like the originality of the body so I don't want to mess with it much,

The wheels are pro-touring sizes somewhat. F-235/45/17, R-275/40/17

Thanks for the compliment

Sounds great, keep us posted.:D The suspension certainly looks in dire need of attention in those photos.:)

Anything done to it or is it stock?

It's stock for now until the warranty is up, however I have the Spec modded full coilover suspension, brake upgrades, engine damper and a GT28ir turbo which needs to be installed, balance shaft removed. I'm strongly leaning towards selling the turbo and having a V6 transplant.

Here's my car, and my first post... I'm Matt and I live in the UK.

This is my 1989 Citroen BX GTi 16v. Nobody ever knows what it is, or why it's so quick.

I also own a Citroen AX GT of the same era.

'80s Hot-hatchbacks rock!

Bad-arse picture of the Corvette in the graveyard, and yes the Shelby is cool.:) Sorry kayman, I'm still not a fourbie guy. Unless your fourbie has a big block V8, giant tyres and crushes old cars!:dopey:

I work for a car mag, which has its benefits :sly:

I'm really looking forward to trying the Lamborghini Murcielago 670-4 SV in GT5... See if it lives up to the real thing! The one in Forza 3 disappointed. Of course I spent a couple of hours in the passenger seat (Which was epic...) but wasn't old enough to drive the real thing :guilty:

Octane?

Aren't the Evo offices in the same block as the Octane offices? - I suspect you'll get to see some pretty interesting machinery about.

Octane don't need an experienced magazine designer at the moment do they? ;)

Octane, Evo and Land Rover Monthly are all in the same building. And yes, you wouldn't believe some of the stuff that is parked up outside most of the time... I used to take pictures, but you get used to it after a while ;)

A pic of my AX at Santa Pod RWYB:

It only managed a 17.1 second 1/4 mile, but considering it's only got 85bhp I can forgive it
