What is that a Vectra? Doesn't matter what it is, I'd be getting rid of ALL the stickers. Did your Uncle drive it like that?

And no Fuchsschwanz!!!! (Foxtail fur on the antenna)

No seriously get rid of all the stickers and you have yourself a fine nice first car.

But why do you post a 4000*2250 pic?? Resize ?

I only just realised, that's a photoshop from a different member? That Vectra is still suffering IRL.

My ride, it's taking me everywhere I want to go and has never let me down in the two years I have it.

Sell me the Type R and you can get something else that will make you grin. :D

I can send you a GT5 DC2, fsh, 2 owners, low mileage, recently resprayed.

Have considered a few of the German sports saloons, but on days like this ( Wales for a blast , awesome roads, lovely scenery), i change my mind again.

Well i guess to most my user name means sweet F.A, but to some XPOWER will be recognised as the works department of the former MG factory, churning out such specials as the SV and SV-R as well as all the works race cars; The Le Mans EX260/1's, The Super 1600 ZR rally cars and the MG ZS BTCC racers.

The 1st 2 photos are of my MG ZR160. It was a former BTCC display car and was also used for track demonstrations such as at the Curborough Sprint course where it once held the production car lap record. It was tuned by MG Sport and Racing to 194bhp, that's higher than the one make series 'Trophy' racers had. It's VVC engine was worked on by PowerTrainProjects, Janspeed and Scorpion. Scorpion also fabricated a new exhaust system on it (used as their donor car) and the system was later adopted for use on the works rally cars - it was damn loud! Eibach suspension was fitted, uprated brakes and a fully re-worked interior including TOORA accesories straight out of the SV-R. The bodykit was from the never-used original EX258 S1600 rally car. It's fitted with extremely bright PIAA lamps. I also had the original S1600 rear spoiler (not shown in these pictures).

ZR180XPOWER.jpg

This one is my daily driver, a mk2 MG ZS180 V6. One of only 6 Sport and Racing approved XPOWER editions, it has a standard 200bhp as opposed to the regular 177 in the standard 180. It was not factory commisioned, it was a dealer special and therefore is not recognised as an individual model, adding to it's curiosity value. It's since been further tuned to 213 bhp. It has had piper cams installed, a carbon induction kit positioned below the left foglight, a 100 cell 'cat, full stainless manifold, re-map and twin Janspeed Exhausts. The wheels are Konig E-racers and were a pig to get hold of. 1st shot shows them in their original split finish but i wasn't keen on the look so i had them refurbed in Anthracite grey. I love the power and noise of this car, it takes so many 'better' cars by surprise!

Hmm, nothing like a little wash and drive on a Sunday. Need to get a good camera soon. Iphone just isn't cutting it for me anymore.

As fun as this car is, I'm actually thinking of picking up a base C6 Corvette sometime in the near future me thinks.

You either have a decent job, or no life, if you're able to afford the gas and insurance at your age.

Haha. I've got a job that has decent pay you can say. Being 21 with a clean driving record since the age of 16 really helps to. Mind you I used to pay more for my old police interceptor.

Nice ride 👍

It continues to amaze me how every good looking ford car that is made, can not be bought in the united states! That car looks better then anything they have on our market including the tired and played out mustang!

It does have a very bmw look to it, but it's not like that's a bad thing though.

That model Falcon came out in 2002, and I don't see the resemblance what so ever.

You guys are weird then. Now the headlights remind me of the first-gen RSX (ahem....Integra). Tell me they don't.
