Exactly, don't want to bounce. Just go low and pop up high. My sister's boy friend has a black S10 with a huge cowl induction hood, with airbag suspension in the rear. Hydraulics are for caddilacs.

The only thing any domestic is good at, is bouncing. And it's the only reason they're worth anything..
(Unless it's a ford):D

got my car back from the shop yesterday..... it was almost dusk so i snapped some quick pics before it got too dark.... the engine is all dressed up, and interior is completelly rewrapped in black vinyl with yellow stitching, seats are wrapped in yellow/black leather, etc etc.... oh yeah, air cylinder suspension for those who might wonder how i drive it anywhere...

well... kit itself is imported from japan, 8 pieces... $4500... bodywork + paint $4500.... turned out really crappy so, more bodywork + repaint $10000, interior rewrapped, recarpeted etc etc $3000, air cylinder kit $1500, engine dressup/upgrades $2500.... etc etc etc..... nickles and dimes, nickles and dimes.... and about a year and half... heh

overall i'm up to about $40k-ish... not including the price of the car which was about 10k at time of purchase...

coulda put a really nice down payment on a house lol.... oh well, uniqueness really is expensive... only one other guy in the usa with this hand-laid widebody kit... and he lives on the other side of the country (his isn't done yet though) ...

Sweet Jesus! That's a lot of money.
I would have a racecar going with that much investment. Or I would spend that money on a long trip to cambodia or thailand.. but I'll just stop that thought right here.

1981 KP61 Starlet
3TC stroked to 2.0 lt (about 145HP 8K redline)
Full AE86 suspension, ground control front coilovers, ground control rear springs, kyb gas-adjust in the rear. Cusco front sway bar, cusco rear trailing arms, custom 2 1/2 straight pipe with no catalytic converter, custom 4-1 header, remote-mounted battery, momo veloce' steeringwheel, trd horn button, ridguard racing seat, crappy 4-pt. roll cage, AE86 rear end with crappy open differential, painted in 99' by PJ Bonifacio, 13X7 ATS wheels wrapped in Yokohama A008R's which are now discontinued tires, TE72 fender flares, Dual webber 45mm carburetors, and a ton of other junk that I can't remember right now. I would like to actually swap the engine out for a fuel injected 4AGE hi-comp, but I'm pretty broke right now, and I am actually looking for a Miata for a daily driver right now.
