hey guys, i've been away from the forums for a while. but i didnt forget you by any means 
i bought myself a nissan 200sx, im gonna sell it soon, but i thought i'd put some pics up 4 u all.
i also have a few vids, they aren't great cause they are in-car and not on any tracks, but some of u might appreciate it.
the pics are on www.needforspeeding.com (the site in my signature).
here's a little something to wet your appetites
the car is great btw, but i want something faster now
well that's one of the reasons, the rest is written on the site.
the version in GT3 makes the car seem so lame. it's really quite viscious in real life, a 0-60 time of 6.5 (as listed in my magazines) seems quite conservative. im sure you can do it under 6.0 with perfect shifts.
i can reach 120mph without even using 5th gear

I can't even afford to insure an old AW11 MR2.

Does yours have the 200SX have the SR20DET engine, the American ones don't anyway.

sr20det, i think so. 2.0 single turbo is what i have. check out the pics on that site!
and yeah insurance is a *****, i've insured my dad on it and i'm paying him, thats how i 'afford' it :s

and yeah i bombed it down one country road but im so deep inside the city it takes forever to get to any country roads. i lack the time and effort!
i should take it to a track, but i dont have the time...

Yeah, well that's what you get when you live in London. When I bought the polo, I had to drive back from Buckinghamshire on these country lanes, then on the A41 and then the M25. I managed to put it through it's paces. Managed 110mph on the M25 and I don't think i've gone anywhere near that fast since.

, thanks heh heh.the reason i posted mine was cause it was done in the city at almost 3 times the speedlimit. i have speedos of myself going faster (not in the nissan unfortunately, but here's one of me in a 2.2 litre 16v luxury sedan, @ 129mph)

Heres my new baby, just picked her up this week. 2002 WRX
It has 50k miles on it, which is a little more than i wanted, but I really couldnt afford anything w/ more miles. As you can see from the pics tho it was kept in beautiful shape. The mods it had on there from the previous owner are a carbon fiber hood scoop, upgraded intercooler hoses, the factory boost gauge, painted side skirts, and i think a rear sway bar. Tho im finding the previous owner had it modded more than i had first thought, and im having to deal w/ some issues w/ that. Im still trying to figure out if my boost gauge is messed up or if Im only hitting 7.25psi (im supposed to be hitting 14.5) Car seems to pull pretty well but Ive never driven another wrx so i have nothing to base it on. I'll get it figured out tho. Its a great car tho and im gonna love blowing all my hard earned money on it

WOW..I'm loving that WRX. I want one so bad..I would give my house, my car and my dog..just to have one..I dont' care if it has 100k miles on it..those motors are built to last..that car is seriously nice man. Wanna trade?!

Thanks man, I still cant even believe its sitting in my garage right now...haha. Ive always wanted a wrx too, but never thought i'd actually be able to afford one. Im definently gettin a lot more looks now out on the road (and a lot more ricers revving at me) Its definently a unique car for the area i live in cuz ive only seen 2 other wrx's around here, and i dont even see em that often. Thats one of the many reasons i wanted this car, its unique

Most defintly unique. Think about this..my friend is getting a 02 WRX STI this summer...and our towns population is only about 1k at the max...and about 200 of them ARE ricers. Lol, so he's gunna get alot of looks..and alot of revvs. Anyways..I wouldn't be able to sleep knowing I had a WRX in the parking area. WOW...that would be so awesome...!!!

thanks goomba, i'll check that site out. ive mainly been hanging around I-Club and NASIOC, but its always nice to have another resource. In fact....since youre a fellow subaru owner, Im gonna PM you a link to a post I made on i-club about my boost problem, maybe you can give me some hints on what else to do cuz ive pretty much done everything theyve told me to and it hasnt been solved yet, i think they gave up on me too..haha.

(perhaps this lexus is quite mainstream in the states, but here in germany this car is really rare, there are just 10 gs in whole bavaria and i own one of them
