Car ran 12.7 on street tires on stock trans and stock rear with 3:23 gears
Now has rebuilt trans with 2800 stall converter and trans cooler.
stock heads, cam,TB, manifold.
Next mod will be an oil pan,, will pull out 16-20 HP and about 16-20 lb-tq (thanks to a windage tray and cooler oil temps)
and it get 19 mpg
and his 70 Vette (hardly comes out) 400 HP,,,4 speed,,3:08 rear gears,,,Car is freshly restored.
