Does it have a million miles? Just kidding.

Lookin' fresh!

I got Audrick some new rims and tires for the summer. Riding on BFGoodrich g-Force Sport COMP-2. Really good tires IMO. Only going to be dailying this guy and doing a couple of road trips nothing crazy, so the tires are more than enough.

The rims are some lightweight 18x112 45 OEM Audi replicas. Decided to go with these because like I said above, this is my daily, not my show car. I keep it clean like one, but it's not. I didn't go 19" or 20" Rotiforms or BBSs or anything like that, even though I was eyeing some bronze deep dish 19" rims in the shop when I got these installed (not my bolt pattern anyway). Furthermore, I would like to keep the car comfortable. Going large diameter, and low profile is going to just kill the ride . And lastly, my full reserve is also an 18" rim. Something happens, I can get home no problem and I wouldn't look as bad as I would with 19" or 20" rims.

*apologies for shoddy camera work, was kinda rushing it because I wasn't supposed to be there.

Right after this pic, I saw a car coming my way and it was my cue to go. Had a short chat with the gentleman and left out of respect. Private property anyway...

Now I gotta find a new spot.

SPRING!!!

Registered the GTR again, and while the one day sun was shining, I took the opportunity to blow 3/4 of the tank through the RB

Gonna make it's way to the tuner now, getting a few goodies so its ready for a track day at Spa end of april. New ECU (from Apexi PFC to Link G4+) datalogger + display (getting rid of all the gauges), new map, servicing,....

The S3 stood for maybe 3-4 weeks. Battery was so dead, even th e Ctek didn't work...?
Jump started it, drove 50min. Turn off, battery still dead. But now the Ctek worked due to min. charge.

Bizarre. Gonna see if the battery holds the charge... otherwise it's toast... till now no error from the ctek

Every time I see it, I thought it was a Corolla.

Well, you're not wrong. :P

Better than scraping your car on things! Although a recent steep entry to a gas station actually managed to bend the very bottom portion of my bumper back into alignment.

This is true, and I've had experience with this via a friend with a Jetta that he would rip his front splitter off every time he backed out of his driveway. Once got it stuck teetering on an uneven parking lot too.

But I'm just worried about taking a corner too quickly one day and the mudflap catching something and ripping it right off along with some of the fender liner being torn out of place. They'll definitely have to come off in the winter.
