Ferrari F8 Tributo '19 - 750 PP - Racing tires - All around


First i'd bought this car , so much power , no downforce .... I tought that perhaps it was a waste of a lot of credits for this.
Then i decide to spend a lot more transforming it in a race car. It work very well. This is a fantastic machine to drive around any track , fast or more than a GR3 , great precision , safe after adding some ballast 45/55 repartition weight. One more 100% Marvel.
Wide body , rigidy , aero parts.... needed of course.

yes, there‘s a dangerous oversteer but this F8 is so so lovely to drive

Sadly it is not going to come as a replacement for the current AI, it has been datamined to be some sort of ingame events.
You will race against it and with it, that's why they promoted it as "a friend you can learn from" and so on. The normal AI will still be the same, just some special events for Sophy with 1 car to race against/with.

So they will lost a lot of GTplayers for others game. I'm already tired to play , i think that the end of the year will be the deadline of my maximum interest for GT7 for me.

I don't even know how to buy a car in PStore. I did it one time but i bought a GTSport car . It's a real mess.

I bought 2,000,000 credits from PS store for $20.00. I decided it was easier to do that than just grind away on tracks...lol

What 1980-1999 GR3-GR1 cars do you have? You’re kinda stuck. You need a race car for larger fuel capacity to be competitive with AI. Or at least I do, but I’m an average driver at best with my PS5 controller and short attention span. Hah

The ‘97 Supra GT and the ‘99 GT-R are the only GR1-GR3 cars I have. I’m working on getting my credits up to purchase the super cars when they become available.

If the beatle have downforce front 450 rear 650 for 730PP
If you low to 400 / 600 . you'll drop the PP to i don't know , let's say 720PP
You'll have less grip ok. But if you add more power ,, to reach again 730pp , you will have a car with less grip but more top speed.

The beetle sucks on high speed tracks. To win at Daytona 730pp, I had to raise the ride heights and add ballast, all to add power, and reduce the downforce all the way down front and rear and lower the final gear ratio and then it would do 172 and I barely won.

I tried the Tokyo variety. Very nice and stable to drive. The ballast on the rear axle with a mid-engine. I've learned something again. Many Thanks !!!

Praiano's Toyota Supra GT500 brutally dominates "The Neo Classical Challenge" menu. I was really surprised at its top speed and the amount of grip against the competition.

Praiano's Porsche 918 Spyder does the same in the Hypercar event, and I only used the suspension and diff settings. Thanks for the tunes Mr P

I tried the Tokyo variety. Very nice and stable to drive. The ballast on the rear axle with a mid-engine. I've learned something again. Many Thanks !!!

Yes , this rear ballast show us how strange originals settings are.
This RM car with 42/58 front rear weight repartition , drive in the game like almost a FR car when stock, showing a lazzy front end. This is totally wrong.

No i don't. This car in my opinion have a perfect balance already. I use it with more or less power , or more or less weight .... but no need of suspension . Perfect stock tune.

I have a question. How do you decide which permanent upgrades to do to a car? Like weight reduction or Engine Balance Tuning or Polish Ports. Cannot be reversed without replacing body/engine.
I mean why do you sometimes do only stage 1 weight reduction, then for another car stages 1,2,3,4 weight reduction? Are you aiming for a specific power:weight balance?

Normally i like cars between 2500 and 2000 Lbs. Under or over this limit , this is the best weight X power X handling compromise for PP in my opinion.

However this car with this set up (Tokyo) easily wins at Le Mans, with RH tires and without ballast. It is not the best car but it wins easily and is easy to drive for those who have yet to gain experience.

It's ok , you did the right thing , my cars are only base to start with , if you need more less power , more or less grip , but if you mess with the weight repartition , you will never have the same balanced car.

Superior grip , top speed not so good with Sport medium tires but it's still faster than Sport Hard on Nordschleife 7:16.
You can use Harder compound for Tokyo , it can win there but it's not a top car for this track.
