This car can't do anything else , perhaps drift but i'm not a specialist.
For speed yes , it go 460kmh 285 mph , all this staying stable , this is the most difficult . I'm not of a top speed specialist too , but i think it's a good base.

Optional for who want to drive this car on other track like Le Mans , set the ride height at max 185/185 and use Racing soft. You'll not do more than 1 lap anyway because of gas. on the 700PP event.

1- set auto speed at the minimum 300kmh
2-set the final gear to 3.000
3- set each gear ratio beginning from the last gear to first gear in this order.

You can low the front downforce to gain some PP & Power , but it's just a medium car for this. If you add grip , the car is still fast enough but really grippy and fun.

I used this tune for the new Maserati MC20. All bolt-on parts. Kept the stock rear end, set top gear speed to 330, maxed out 1st gear, evenly spaced out the rest.

Im sure you could make it perfect.👍🏼

FYI, I did not use any Engine Tuning parts and went with the High End Torque Supercharger + Intercooler instead and that got me 745HP on RM for 699.96PP.

Works great with the C1, even without any aero adjustments possible. I’m sure you can perfect it. I used all the upgrades, which gets 605 hp at a PP of 699.66 when using the power restrictor at 98. I kept the stock rear gear, set the top gear speed to 325, first gear speed to 124, and evenly spaced the rest. At LeMans, it’ll hit 177mph on FM6 and 191mph on FM1. It gets 2.5 laps on fuel.

You don't need all this engine tuning for 700PP , it was just for test at 800PP but not approved.
This is an excelent car , very precise drive , good grip , perfect technical track , top car on SPA or similar.

Here’s a question, for anyone that wants to answer it: how do we know whether track temp affects grip and therefore lap times?

I’m pretty sure wind speed and direction make a difference - I notice a definite pattern on my fastest Spa laps where it seems to come from around NW.

But track temp? I can’t really tell, although I would hope that was a factor..

I've never felt any difference about temp x performance. Wind speed yes for sure.

Can't help with track temp unfortunately but I can confirm that wind deffo has an effect, both speed and direction.
There was one of the top speed missions where it used to be impossible to complete with a front facing wind, pretty sure it's still the case.
You can also see/feel the effects very clearly on Special Stage Route X.

I tried maxing-out the Z28, it’s undrivable, too much wheelspin. Less is more, this time.

Yes , numbers can be the same , same weight , same weight repartition , same power range and torque , same tires size and coumpoud , but behaviors don't match at all most of the time. GT weirdness....
This is why i can't believe to any auto tuning app or excel formulas .

OK tune with the swap. A bit unstable under braking. I did not add any power upgrades. It needs fuel savings to get 2 laps at LeMans. I’m sure you can perfect it. Thanks.

I Re-tuned, adding all the weight reductions and the chassis stiffener. I set the ECU at 70, added 200 ballast with the power restrictor at 78. I set first gear speed to 118, top gear speed to 350, evenly spacing the rest. It hits 177mph on FM6 and 190mph on FM1.

Best of all, it’s much lighter on its feet, no more braking issues, AND now gets 2.2 laps on fuel. It is now excellent. Another example of less is more.

A real Bomb but i set it to be easy and friendly. Others radicals pilots can low the front and / or add some front downforce. Up to you. It's ok like this for me.
Start with 5 laps with intermediary and 7 laps with racing hard. You can lap under 2:00 minutes.

Just some settings to turn the car drivable, the unexistent rear downforce even with spectacular wing let the car very unstable when stock.
Now i like to drive it at Le Mans , where it can win without problem or Nordschleife
