I tune always ONLINE on suzuka first.95% of my cars. There i can set the overall balance of the cars.
-First high speed right turn under strong braking to set springs and compression.
-S curves medium speed turns for ARB
-Dunlop left turn out is perfect to tune the perfect LSD accel and TOE.
-Hairpin braking zone for brake balance and ext dampers
-Spoon curve where all yours settings will speak by themself. A well balanced car can make a 1 to 1-1/2 second difference there.

After this the car is 90% OK , i do some fine tuning on deep forest , trial mountain ,some other few tracks depending of the car, and i always finish on the nordschleife. Just for the pleasure, online with some other players to push the car and the driver to the limits and beyond :):scared::scared::) , that's the best part.

I hope i can do this again soon.

,

Sorry my friend, every car is a special case but i've already post (see above) some few tips i use for Suzuka , the track i prefer to pretune any car.
One of the most important thing at suzuka is to have a car very responsive under throttle control. Accel and principally deceleration. You need to have a car that will reach the apex alone when you release your trottle. If your car don't show oversteer problems entry and mid corner, then put your LSD decel to mini and try to give some eagerness to the car with the help of Anti roll bar. (lower front than rear).
Of course you need first a very well balanced car, this is just a fine tuning detail but it's very important for suzuka.
If you don't understand the car reactions (like you're saying for the lexus petronas) don't be afraid to apply extreme settings and after their opposit. This is the only way to show what parameter will make the car react and how. Some cars are very strange yes. I saw a lot of them in this game.

Have a good day.

Ehi Praiano, I was trying to make a good set-up for suzuka rainy with my lexus petronas, but I really don't understand that car. Could you please give me some advice to set up the lexus petronas for suzuka? thanks a lot!

Your Ford gt (no stripe) tune would work with the striped version right?

If so, I love this tune, I tried it yesterday thinking it wouldn't be much cop offline so I limited myself to online. But after a while I took it offline. I WAS AMAZED! My lap times kept tumbling until I got distracted by drifting. Sorry :3

It must work, i can't check but it must work. If the car have same weight repartition / power / weight /model/brand.., there is no reason. Good to know you like the car. Did you saw that there is another ride height for offline use ???

Enjoy your drive and have a good day.

Drifting ??? :scared::nervous: It happen to me also with this car, but he do it alone. I don't have any idea about how to drift, i know how to control a car that drift but i'm very bad to induce it.:indiff:

><(((((°>°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°

I know how to drift and I'm really good at it.i drift high and medium hp cars.low hp cars are diffucult to drift because the throttle response don't be as instant and the gears be too long.

Your Nissan SYLVIA was in this episode of Hot Version!

Like always Jr , very nice video. Congratulations toclueless and to you.
Good day.

hello praiano63 i am a big fan of your tunes i like them but i got one question.
Can you make a ford gt 05 no stripe tune for top speed?
i saw people riding it with 420 km/h but mines only goes 400.

Thank you verry verry much.

Sorry no top speed tunes. I think you just need to move slowly the final gear to reach the max power RPM at the max speed the car can go ... I think this is the only way.

What Praiano said & reduce down-force as much as possible. Also neutral toe-in.

Hey praiano does the No Stripes tune has a good acceleration?I need as I will drag tune mine :D

I've heard that it's one of the best car for drag, but i don't know anything about drag racing. For me , this car have a great accel of course.

Ok thanks :) A great acceleration will help a lot :)

Hey prai, any chance of a Renaultsport megane rs 500pp tune with race soft for the nordschiefe? Own a liquid yellow R26 in real life and it's a pity the r26.r isn't in the game when it had the ring fwd record for a while. Love your tunes, I have my own tune but it's not great and it suffers top end against fwd cars like focus rs mk1, would be great to have a megane ring tune as there is nothing around for this car. Cheers

Hello, sorry but i don't play or tune of course since 3 months. I'm far away from my game traveling for work.
A 500pp tune racing soft tires is too much grip for a few power, but a lot of people race like this online. Myself i did a 111R tune to race with some Brasilian friends and it was a lot of fun.

This renault is a great car. If you want a good base tune for this car , try to tune it racing hard first at least. When you'll get the balance you want with , then put the RSoft. It will stick to the Nurburgring or any track.
There is a lot of very good people around here, you can ask them too.
Good luck.
Have a good night.

Pescarolo C60 Hybride- Judd Race Car '05 // ONLINE OK

Hi Praiano,

I know you are having a break from driving and tuning, but I just wanted to mention something. For the C60 Hybride- Judd Race Car '05, you have a PP of 729. Mine has 736pp (0 distance travelled), and the difference is that this car, abnormally for a race car, has an aero option for the tail. It costs 200,000cr and gives a little boost to pp too. There is no visible difference to the car after purchasing this aero option (even with A, B, and C options), however, your aero setting is 60/85 and mine has a maximum of 60/105.

Perhaps this extra rear aero could help with stability? -I could only guess.

In case someone has already posted about this, apologies and please ignore.

Hey Praiano, do you think your Z06 C6 and M5 tunes will work for 550pp sports/soft tires or would you suggest any changes?

Hey man friend, just dropping by to say "hi" and to see how your doing. Hope all is well with you and hope you're having a good summer. Take care my friend. Peace.

For sure this is a very important thing , i never saw this option myself. It must help a lot for the stability, specially on this crazy tail happy race car.
One point for you my friend.

Most of his tunes work exceptionally well on lower PP cars with SS tires
Yes , like you say, it can work with a lower PP rate but not for the same power. The general balance of the car can be OK, but for sure, springs and LSD must be setted again. A sport tires tune is very special, the car must stay smooth during weight transfer , if not the car pass easy over the tires. With the racing ones there is much more grip, a lot more, this is a totally different tune, still well balanced but with much more pressure on every part of the components.
It can work but a special one will be more adapted.

I'm good my friend i'm good, can be better but it's ok like this. I think that it will not be possible to travel with my PS3 /G27/ flat TV during the next months. Still travelling for my job. I'm in Belem now and next week i go to Macapá north Brasil for 3 months. The only solution i see for me not stay crazy after the job is to play IRACING waiting to play GT5 again. For this i just need my wheel , i already have my laptop that can support the game easy.
It seems a very good game talking about racing simulation. I love the cockpit view on the video and also the way the cars are moving. A lot of settings too, caster, tire pressure..... I'll love this.
Have a good night everybody.

Greetings my friend just poping in to say hello as well and to say that you should have entered your Alpha in the classic shoot out at Eiger, I have been testing the cars and with my driving you would be in the top three , the car handles the hairpins very good and is one of the best through the two sweepers , the one problem I have is going through the S's the car feels a bit loose, otherwise a top car. Stay well and hope to see you back before too long.

Hello my friend. I know the ALFA ROMEO SPIDER 1600 DUETO ‘66 is an amazing car with one of the best handling of the game, but i could not prepare the car to the shootout's specs because like you know, no GT5 for me now. The S's problem (if you're talking about the last turn before the pit out) is the same like laguna cork screw. The tail go away due to the huge compression at this point. You can't tune your car only for this but you need to find a setting together with a driving line /wheel input ,that allow you to pass there without spinning everytime .
Stay well too my friend, hope we can race online in a few months.

Have a good day.

Like he said above. If I have trouble with lower grade tires, I usually drop spring rates by 0.5 to 1.0 and usually have no problems after that.

I tried your Ferrari 599 tune yesterday.... That car is crazy! lol I would've done better than all but the NOMAD Diablo on TGTT, but it gets sideways sooo easy, fun car though.

Yes 599 ,great car. The Silver surfer choice when on earth....
I think the car need a tune 550PP, it would fit better.
power 855 hp
weight 1280 kg
perf. Points: 603 pp
The actual settings are really crazy to drive.:):) Very lose car:scared: But yes, it's fun, very fun.

Thanks, Praiano :)

Just to follow up, I did some (basic!) testing of the car with the extra rear aero. I run LMP, Group C, and comparable cars around Trial Mountain to establish times. For a brief stint, I tried the C60 Hybride - Judd '05 with your rear aero setting and, after losing the tail a few times, put the rear aero up to its new maximum. The result, for me, was stunning:

Aside from the F2007 and the FGT, the C60 Hybride - Judd '05 (with your tune and the increased rear aero) was faster than any other car I've driven there. This included the Mazda 787B, the Minolta Toyota 88C, and all the premium LMP cars. There are a bunch of standard LMP and Group C cars I haven't put around the track yet, but the result is still remarkable.

More objectively, the change made a huge driving difference. The car went from "I hope it holds this corner" to "it'll hold as long as I don't push too hard". A big difference in driver confidence.

Hey praiano, how are you doing?
Well my friend, I just wanted to tell you I'm a big fan of your tunes. I'm a lont time GT player, but not long time online player.
I consider myself a fairly decent driver, but when I went online I could not win, but than I found your tunes.
Mate, Thank you very much for your hard work! My brother and I only tune according to your suggestions.
I'm an IOs (iphone) user, and would like to know if you have any plans on licensing your data to an IOS app, viable?

Have a good day, and keep up the great work!

Forte abraço!
