Looks great.

Cockpit view looks more polished than on the demo. Gives the sense of speed perfectly.

Ive been driving in the traditional first person view as i found the demo cockpit view not quite there yet. Hoping as that reply shows things will be sorted out.

As Prologue is not due till early '05 ive been looking to buy import. Play Asia dont ship to Europe (UK).

Any ideas where else i can look to pre-order?

Nice how the HUD was not in the way to clutter the view of the interior.

Hopefully in the Prologue they will give us the option, as they do in GT4, to at least reduce the clutter from the HUD

Now that F430 was FLYING! Just the sort of deal to note that Ferrari's in GT5 and is ready to make a big splash. Sixteen cars to a track will be a great challenge no matter what the game is. Ferraris aren't known as oval racing machines, but it sure as hell doesn't mean you can't make them into some! Good there wasn't too much of of the NASCAR beatin' and bangin' (if any). Kind of stormed through the pack like a Ridge Racer game. It was a cool video.

Beautiful.

I wonder if the dashboard display changes from "RACE" to "SPORT" when you enable traction control in the options. :)

If that's the case, mine would be set to CST. "Commit... Suicide..... Training."

I will buy GT5 prologue japanese version guz i can't wait..Anyway there is no too much content in gt5p j..i dont need to read for these..Buy GT5p j

I loved how you could really hear the F430's V8 as well. That tire sound was still there, but it'll be fixed hopefully.

I don't think PD will be showing off any new cars like these yet.
But, but what about Ferrari? These are new.

:)

New pics?

Sorry for being OT -

Do you have any experience with renchi.com you'd like to share with the rest of us ?...

I'm always a little worried when dealing with yet another online retailer...

I've read some people have ordered and received fine there, Since its my first order there I won't know until 13 December thats when the GT5P disc should be sent.

Thanks !.... I think I might just give them a go....

Well I had a nice surprise yesterday, whilst at MPH07, there was a GT5P stand. They had a playable demo of GT5P, but the track was Le Sarthe, couldn't take videos or photos because I wanted to save the camera battery.

So I suppose this means Le Sarthe for GT5P is confirmed.

Umm...To take pictures of the real cars...

+1

speeds - How were the graphics of the track compared to what we see at Suzuka in the demo?

The graphics looked good, when one of the rubbish driver playing it hit into the tire wall the tires were detailed so well you could see the tire tread. Of course if I had played it I would have no idea if handling etc is improved, although the smearyness thingy didn't appear to occur.
