I saw a trailer for this game a long time ago and thought it was one of the most impressive looking games for the xbox360. Looks like it is also available for the PC.
A combination between Doom3, F.E.A.R and most of the other scary games out there. You can walk right up walls and the entire level will flip over. Enter window portals or just walk around them. I have actually never seen a game like this yet that flips the entire level over when you walk on walls or ceilings. :drool:
If you can watch the 3rd video of the E3 2005 Demonstration. Its long but well worth it.

Did you know its been changing graphic engines like 3 times now. Just lets hope it does not change Graphics engine again.
 
Meh... reminds me of Halo more. I've played that and it's a snooze fest to me more than anything. Plus, it's got spiders in it (I think, halo did too.) :ill: :grumpy:

I'll stick with F.E.A.R.

Vip you have absolutely no credibility when it comes to FEAR. You dont even have the game. You cant preach about a game you dont own. No offense.
Doom 3 had spiders.

You must not have watched the trailers at all. I have yet to see any other FPS game that alloys you to walk right up walls and onto the ceiling. So I would say that is quite different. Also warping thru mirrors or other objects. You can actually see into the other level before you enter it.

Fear isn't all that great anyway, dull dull levels, stupid system reqs too.

Prey on the other hand looks utterly brilliant, with many features not seen in FPS games (or at least not very often). The characters seem well developed, the guns interesting, and the whole leaving your body thing, cool indeed. Prey looks nothing like Halo, cept for the fact it's in the same genre.

The animation, detail and physics seen on the first scene on the 88mb video are nothing short of breath taking.

Also don't see many games with brutal child murder.

Actually watch all of video 3 and if you dont see him walking on walls then the onto the ceiling then you are blind. The entire level flips upside down when he walks onto the ceiling. Looks sick!!

I watched the vid and was un-impressed... I don't know what else to say.

F.E.A.R. like when I saw vid of SOF looked like a kick ass game, when I played it... it was and so will F.E.A.R.

I saw Max Payne and when I played it, it kicked ass.

I played my friends Black hawk down and wasn't all that impressed

I saw man Hunt and thought it was absolutely brillant come to play it and when you kill someone you're watching a vid not actually doing it... boring...

The point is there's a certain kind of game whether it be looks like PREY or how it works, maybe gore level and if they are not met even if I haven't played a game then I won't like it. It's been very rare that I don't like a game play it and like it.

Ok, nevertheless sound irritating to me...

Only saw the first two and was unimpressed by then so I didn't want to wait for the large file.
 
To be honest the first two trailers dont do the look of this game justice, its got some nice twist to FPS action, imagine those upside down tactics while playing a multi player deathmatch, that would be alot of fun, creature design looks like most FPS these days but if ur guna have monsters and aliens then they are guna be similar. now if only i had a decent enough pc to play it on.

Let it go. I dont know why he comes around here...he just trolls most of the time.
 
This is another game I will be buying for sure for the PC since I dont have a 360 yet. These videos give you an idea of how awesome this game looks!!!

I have to admit that video 10 shows potential for a very awesome and challenging game. I was lost just watching that. Walknig on walls, ceilings, going thru all those portals. Looks soo awesome! I will probably get it for the PC since I dont have a 360 yet.
 
I,ve just seen the lastest Prey HD Trailer on GameTrailers, it looks even more odd now. Prey is really going to mess with are brains, its looks more like a giant puzzle game at times.
 
Maybe a little later, lol, I'm really busy right now (not busy enough to post, but too busy to play :P).

It's really cool, it doesn't "play" like turok, but to me, it certainly has that feel to it, lol, esp when you got towards the end of turok.
