One of my drivers just got over 200,000 and he has 3 lights on. I wonder if they will change colors with the amount.

Which would be nice to use them as some kind of bank :sly: ..because you know, as a player you can only hold 20 million yourself :scared:

Pretty clever idea, wouldn't thought of that myself. But I barely have 1 mill so I don't have that problem :P

I'm betting the lights are days collection.... after they fill up you can't collect anymore.... that way you have to at least login every few days. one light means you have at least one days collection, two lights, two days..... etc.

just a guess.

I need more friends on gt5, so add me jbrinkley0826 is my game name.

any info about how much xp or credits per race or maybe it depends of how many drivers you have.. any info?

It seems pretty low or average, nothing to write home about. The cool part is that by setting your drivers to share you can sit back while they slowly earn you money, provided your friends are challenging them to races.

I think I've gotten more wins by being challenged than running my own races. But thats probably down to having more drivers in the race. In your own races you only have one driver, but when others challenge you they can select all of your shared drivers.

i also want to know if the reward is more or less you having 16 racers on the same race lets say i won a race of 16 bob's w/ a reward of 5.000cr is the same reward if there were only lets say 3 bob's???, ... me hosting

I just left home and I'm managing my bob on my iPhone but I'm wandering how I cash my drivers when I get home and do they gain XP doing these online races?

Just go to the Drivers/Bob area, under the garage icon and click on any driver that has their prize lights lit and then in that drivers profile, click the retrieve button. You'll get both the credits & XP.

I am actually wondering if the lights don't correspond to an increase in your overall B-Spec level. I know I had 2 lights lit and when I cashed out that driver my level increased 2 levels. That would explain why the timing might be different for different people etc.

we know that the lights correspond to the amount of credits the driver currently has on hand.

having 2 lights mean he's holding more than 50,000 credits.

Ok I have one more question what judges how much money and XP you make? Also can my drivers gain money or XP over night when my system is off if my friends race them.?

I don't think we'll know anything about how the credits/XP work per race for a while, it all seems so random. I ran a 20 minute race with 15 drivers and got 17k credits and over 10k XP for finishing 14th, with a newer driver that was Class 3. I ran the same event, 15 drivers, the only change was which one of my drivers I picked: a Class 4. He ended up with under 5k credits and 3k XP for finishing 10th. I've checked the results when collecting prizes and between two drivers who were in the same events I got more in total from a guy who's best finish was lower than the other guy's worst finish.

Ok being as none of my xp or credit has been actually saved after i've collected on my b spec guys im wondering if you need to have all 3 lights lit before you can actually save/keep what you've earned. Seems logical to me. I haven't made note of how many lights have been lit when i've collected but i sure as hell haven't kept anything i've earned yet.

Thats definitely not it. I've cashed out at every light and always got my cash and xp at every level. When you redeem your earnings, back out of the drivers list, then back in again. Your level will raise, but it doesnt auto save. So you have to back out again and save. Using this method I havent run into an error since.

Also I figured out what the prize lights do. Its just and indicator of how much money you have. So you just glace easily on the webpage or driver list and see that you made over a certain amount. An he has it right:
No lights: 0 Credits
One light: 1-49,999 Credits
Two lights: 50,000-199,999 Credits
Three lights: > 200,000 Credits

Ugh, Remote play needs to pay out real cash...I have a feeling im doing to wear out my PS3 doing this.

Why? It can be turned off, as long as you shared your driver you can earn while its turned off, I am looking forward to see how many CR and XP that J Bauer, K Bauer, J Montoya, L Nielsen and L Austin have earned since I turned it off 12 hours ago :sly:

The prize money and XP the bob earns has to do with what place they started in and what place they ended in.

So say he starts in 14th and finishes in 10th. he would get a big reward for making such a good improvement. but if he starts in 3rd and ends in 6th he would not get much because he did poorly and got passed by other bobs.

I'll give it a go

Has anybody found out if a shorter race (around ~5mins) or a longer race (~20mins) is better for getting more cash?

Thats a bit silly. If you start in first place and finish first then you win less???

Correct, did the Suzuka 20 lap, started 1st, finished 1st, won a little over 1k, did the same race & same 16 drivers, started 9th, finished 3rd, won 7k.

This could also be that I'm using a level 40 Bob, but I'm about to start testing this using my lowest Bob at 35.

edit----------
Just tried this again with a lower level 34 Bob, same results, you earn more credits by how many positions your Bob moves up. Did Trial Mountain 20 lap, 16 drivers, moved up 6 positions, to finish in 5th, earned a bit over 7k.
