Pretty sweet trailer. Not too fond of the soundtrack, but the visuals seemed to have taken a considerable step forward. Need to see console footage though.

Color me excited.

What, would you rather have that noise from the Rallycross trailer we got? Remember, it could be worse.

Besides, I quite liked the music (the little we got) in the first game.

I thought the music was absolutely superb.
*shrugs*

To each their own -- I didn't like the soundtrack in the first game, and this seems to be a bit of a rework/remix. I've stated before that I don't prefer cinematic scores in racing video games,

A fabulous new trailer unveiling plenty of new content and a release date but it was still missing something... Lamborghini. Not a sign of those crazy things.

At 0:43 WEC Number ! :D

That is not the WEC system which uses 3 circular lights to display your position in the top 3 of your class. That is the VLN classification system shown on the 911 GT3 R Endurance. Also, not that it is not working.

We saw more of the Ford GT LM in the trailer without the WEC lights even modelled which is disappointing. SMS should at least model the lights even if they don't intend to have them functioning.

@Dsavage27 The casual triple post, well played.

The video is titled E3 Sizzle, what is SMS cooking for E3?

The Formula X looks less radical than I thought it would. I like it though. It looks like it could exist.

The Mustang is probably a time attack car. GT4 cars don't have rear wings anywhere near that big and the rear bumper is cut suggesting a large diffuser.

Renault Alpine A442B 1978 spotted in the trailer...

Im curious to know on what real life car SMS based the formula X car

How many rallycross tracks?

I already saw Portugal, Daytona, Norway on it. Hopefully they will have all the 12 tracks!

I've posted elsewhere already in this forum. To me the Formula X bears a striking resemblence to the 2018 IndyCar. A LOT of similarities.... too many to be a coincidence. Yes, it's different (windscreen on Formula X, etc.) but a lot of the lines are the same. Roll hoop/engine cover, Intakes on sidepods, etc.

I can assure you that it's not based on the 2018 Indycar or any other single open wheel car out there.
The design process also started ~a year ago already when (IIRC) nothing was known about the new Indycars.

Well we know of the fictional Wildcrest, and Knockhill (is likely in). Tbough if you want FIA WRX, there are Lydden Hill, Hockenheim, Hell (Lankebanen), and Loheac-Bretagne. Daytona and DirtFish are (were in the case of the one and done DirtFish) part of the American version of FIA WRX championship called the Red Bull Global Rallycross Series. (If you want speculation I would add in CotA's RBGRS track just for more rallycross content's sake.)

Pretty sure I covered all that are in.... I think.

And is Montelnegre in? I haven't heard anything about that circuit so that is new news to me.

Quite disappointed seeing the M3 GT4, I really was and still am hoping for the new M4 GT4.. Plus Audi R8 GT4.. Plus Audi RS3 LMS (TCR car).. And alike

The new Ford Mustang race car? Same as some of the V8 supercar teams may run next year..
Could be the Seyffarth GT3 I posted earlier

Remember, we got the AMG GT & the SLS GT3 in PC1. We may have get the M4 GT4 as well. It's just debuted officially, this year. Don't fret. ;)
