Is there a way to remove this timer warning thing?
That ^^

Pause the game in a session and select 'Options' and then 'Edit HUD Layout'. Move cursor to that part of the screen and highlight the 'penalty' area. Toggle it off, done.

Question @The_American

Looking at the 2016 lmp cars in the fact they have manual KERS system that you can use when you want, would that be possible to add to the hypercars?

Both p1s
laferrari
918
nsx

?

Don't you just hate when this happens? you come in for a simple tire change :banghead: Its even worst when it happens during a race and a 20 second pit stop turns into a over 1 minute pit stop :banghead:

:lol::)

Ran a 30min session around Imola today with the DBR1 with a day/night/day transition & just enough rain to capture the reflective beauty of the setting/rising sun without losing control of my vintage masterpiece.

So many different car/track/time & weather combinations to try, race & master.
I still haven't started a career yet.

I got 1 word to describe this game.......

Art.

Just pure Art :)

Tried the 24 Hours of Le Mans event, I shorten it to 2 hours and 3 min or something and during the race it felt like there were multiple sunset and sunrise....the time of day seems kinda wonky....

I always wondered why random failures tend to come up when pitting. I mean, everything usually seems fine before entering the pits, but maybe these failures just aren't very noticeable while driving?

,
Yes, this is a big part of PC2 for me. I usually just go for a test session to set a random date and weather progression. So even though it may be a car and track combination I have enjoyed before, the experience will always be slightly or vastly different. 👍

Yeah, it's a known problem, the devs are aware :)

Probably most of the custom races I've driven have been with the sun setting or rising. The light illuminating and reflecting off of changing clouds and/or water on the track still impresses me. :)

I do enough driving in the wet or in anything but broad daylight that I've caught myself starting to take it for granted, in spite of the metaphorical dry spell in PS3/XB360 racing games (rain and snow or different times of day were not so uncommon before!). I'm glad it now appears to be the "in" thing to do in the genre. Hopefully it'll stick going into the next generation of games this time.

Quick question, is there a way to access the PC leaderbords without owning the PC version of the game. Since PS4 can't match cars and tracks but I'd like to have an idea how far I'm off of what's humanly possible.

Didn't know that one. It's way better.

It is, but it's not totally complete (missing a couple of the Oulton layouts for example) and it's not always up to date (it updates once a day).

The PC leaderboards are useful, but they don't necessarily represent the best possible times for every car/track combo - I know this, because while taking part in the time trials that @HammyMansell runs (here, if anyone wants to join in the fun :)) I've set a few new PC records, and not by small margins.

? How the AI controls my car :(

Edit - nevermind found the option :D

Thanks @pyrates

When testing for league races, I always open a private online lobby with 2 hours practice session and penalties off. Always going through the pit lane as quickly as I can. I probably hold a speed record for the little pit exit chicane at Brands Hatch.
