The turbo wastegate sounds excessive on the NSX. Admittedly, I have not driven an NSX but I cannot imagine it being so pronounced. Am I wrong?

I hope to see a video soon of the Ferrari 333 SP. Cool car. It will compete against the Audi R8, Bentley Speed 8, BMW V12 LMR and Toyota TS020 GT-one 1999.

No, the 333 SP had it's debut race in 1994.

When I saw that it was in the LMP900 class with the awesome Audi I was very pleased.

If you mean the Ferrari 333SP - no - it debuted in 1994 and was last raced in 2003. If you mean the 330 P4, that raced in 1967 against the Ford GT40 Mark 4 which is in PC2.


@IanBell On another topic I just watched the Watson Indy Roadster video at Monza Oval and was surprised to see it running clockwise - the Indy cars raced this track counter clockwise when they visited in 1957 and 1958 for the "Race of Two Worlds" (Monzanapolis). I sincerely hope that there is an option to run this track in both directions - it looks completely wrong seeing Indy cars with offset cockpits going in the wrong direction.

So how this works is Ben Collins is the Crew Chief for the whole game.

Then we split the Spotter stuff. I'm the Spotter on USA tracks and Ben's the Spotter for non-USA tracks.

We made sure in the code you do not hear two people talking at once and we give preference to Crew Chief iirc.

I'll definitely have to add Road E & F. Only problem with that is, the '84 GTO. It'll be too old when simulating a Continental Tires Championship race. I'd like to have the ZL-1 Camaro in there, but that road class has the Caterham in it. Other than that, i'll be having too much fun.

Wow! Hats off to everyone at SMS. This game looks absolutely incredible. If this game plays as well as everyone says and SMS is claiming then this could very well be the best full package racing title to ever come out. I'm not usually the one to make those types of claims but this stuff looks so impressive. My hype level is so high that it's actually becoming physically uncomfortable.

The race engineer feature it´s one of those midnblowing features that you go like "why haven´t i thought of that before?"

I´ve lost countless hours on Pcars1 tuning cars the wrong way, and now we have this.

My God this game looks so impressive. The puddles of rain and how it upsets the car, water splashing onto your windshield if you're behind a car, the menu screens look so fresh and clean, formation lap, the online options, the track taking rubber, ovals....it just goes on and on. September needs to hurry up and get here already. Oh yeah I asked one of the WMD2 members if they will show off stock cars at Daytona (oval) and he said you should probably expect gameplay of it this weekend. I hope so. Seem like everything else been shown besides that.

Are there any videos being shown from the 3rd person perspective? The In-Car views are amazing no doubt, just eager to hear the details in the sound department from the outside & hear the full ferocity of the cars.

Was one of the most impressive points for PCars 1 for me. No matter what view you chose, you could hear certain details in the sound almost unique to those views without compromise to their authenticity. 👍

Yeah at first i didn't think the F40LM didn't fit well into GTO class but it definitely does based off the video. That mustang gave it a good run until the straights where Ferraris typically shine.
