I have one question about this DLC.

When will the new DLC be integrated into career mode.

For example will I see LMP1 cars other than the Audi and Marek and RWD?
Not until a new LMP1 car comes out.

As far as I know the DLC is integrated in to the career mode!

I think the McLaren licence forbids any sponsors who are rivals to Exxon Mobil, it would explain why we don't have the Gulf liveried, K-Pax (there is a tiny Sunoco logo) or SLR (Total branding) MP4-12C's, it looks like McLaren is a cutting edge company being run by legal dinosaurs.

(There is no real confirmation of the contract problems but I'm putting 2 and 2 together to work out it's the fuel/oil sponsors being the issue).

ExxonMobil... Pretty interesting... How does McLaren have a relationship with ExxonMobil?

But then again, the Dyson Bentley GT3 has a Sunoco sticker...

McLaren have had Mobil 1 logo's (and more recently the other brands like Esso) on their F1 cars for quite a while now, I presume the same is true for their GT/Road vehicles. The only reason I assumed the licensing issues are related to oil is because I couldn't find any other conflicting technical suppliers (there are all sorts of tyre logo's, and other companies on the liveries) and the cars removed had those rivals oil companies on pretty large areas of the car. The Bentley will be a separate (presumably more relaxed) licence so there will be different terms.

Like all theories mine could be miles off but I can't think of any other reasonable explanation.

Love the Continental, quite competitive even if it is a bit of a handful

and the CLK just sounds like absolute filth <3

Looks like US are going to be the last to get DLC when it comes to this game. Playstation blog just posted up article about what's up in the store and project cars DLC is listed right there. But it's still not in the store when I check on my ps4. What is going on?

EDIT: Never mind I just had to go to what's new on the store and go to add ons. Oops:lol:

It's not showing up on the ps4 store...
I downloaded the Racing Icons pack around 30 minutes ago in the US PS Store and drove all the cars in free practice.
I went to PS Store > New > Add-ons > New Add-ons > Project Cars Racing Icons Car Pack.

Got it now after reset.

I find it easier to go to the PS Store and just search for Project Cars and then I can see everything PCars related right in front of me. I can see right away what I do and don't own. :)

I'm still debating if i want to pay the $3.99 to add three cars to a broken game i already payed $80 for...

I won't buy the DLC before the patch, just for morals.
I will buy it in the future for sure cause i want it badly but now it's not acceptable to have a package you have to pay for when the game is still totally broken with game braking issues.
Even Evo studios with Driveclub firstly focused on patches and only then released DLCs, with the first being free as a sort of refund for a broken game at release date.

i don't get it, DLC cars are playable into the career mode and / or have dedicated invitational events?
thanks
