Point two - is he referring to the track count or the production quality? Well both are amazing so false again
Point three - he must be using driveclub as a benchmark, that's the only racer that passes this graphically right now

He did a great review of the Dirt Rally though. But as soon as a game nears Iracing territory, he opens the flak guns. Due to the amount of Iracing vids, I wouldn't really trust him giving the objective review. Possible money involved and all that...

i dont think its that he's being paid money, it's more the amount of money invested. most well known youtubers who do iracing content have spent massive amounts of money. would you be happy if you've spent hundreds of dollars on a game on to find out a $60 game provides the same feeling, and is more advance in many areas.

Well, you have to admit that both are by far the best when it comes to trailers. Cant say who is 'better', its just that Ed is tied to what SMS wants/has to offer, while JonZ can go as creative as he wants to :) My all-time favorite still is the gamescom trailer from 2014... that playing piano together with the slowmos...goosebumps :drool:

 
I'd say the launch trailer is at least on par with JonZ's stuff. Music I'm not a big fan of (although I do like electronic music in general), but the visuals and presentation are top notch.
 
It is safe to assume there will be a season pass, the leaked info was deemed partly outdated and partly false by the devs, though. Still, if you look at the car and track list threads, you will get a rough idea of whats to come... plus then some more.

I hope there is no "bonus" for getting the Season Pass like The Crew did.

The Season Pass' content has already been leaked a few weeks ago, so yes it will get one:D

That leak from the German Amazon site was allegedly based on old info, but I doubt it would be too far from the truth....

As for bonuses, the community dislikes things like that.
 
Is there an actual OST to pCARS? I'm hoping that if there is it isn't full of fake TRON:Legacy type music or generic orchestra like a lot of modern racing games seem to be aiming toward.
 
Well yes, I think I read the audio director posting that the soundtrack will be available in some weeks. I would label it as generic orchestra, though... :D
