Does anyone know if there is an editable file to introduce the command line instructions into the launcher, or will we have to do it through shortcuts (I don't have any on my desktop, that's why)?

Anyone know if we're allowed to show pCARS on a stream? I know we can put gameplay on Youtube with a pre-alpha disclaimer, but do streams fall under the same umbrella or do they violate SMS' semi-NDA?

Don't know it there's any 'rule' for that.. as long as the intentions are 'good' (i.e. not flying behind scenery in freecam mode etc..) can't see too much problems there. Maybe would be good to mention the state of the game. But for sure I have no authority over this kind of things. In the end no one can stop you I guess, it's up to you to decide if it'll follow the spirit of the project and make your own judgement.

Sick if the Pirault yet?

Hell no! Most fun car to drive at the moment for me. I just had an amazing multiplayer race on the Ring at dawn in it.

Where the Focus is all twitchy (which is arguably pretty accurate) the Pirault is just a really good little FF car. Pleasant, docile, and obedient. Like a good dog, but without the chewed slippers and the poo on the rug.

I actually prefer the lively Focus. It's been tamed considerably this build (which was needed, feels very convincing this build), but it's much more fun to drive.

Well a lot of our youtube videos we are told have to be unlisted to try and keep outsiders from seeing them (mostly bug illustrations.) so we might run into trouble with that. Sorry.

Just love these shots.
The more bugs Martin (SMS dev who codes the render engine) squashes in the render engine of pCARS the more purdy these shots will be. So we're not there yet when it comes to 'most purdy shots'.

OK , I've been away from Pcars for a couple of weeks , but has something happened with the servers lately ? Jumped on for some MP races tonight and witnessed GT5 style lag for the first time. Cars warping around and inevitably crashing me out. I have seen bad ping before but tonight saw some drivers at ridiculous levels. .....16000ms

....or is it a problem at my end ?

Nice video. I really love how the turbos and the bov sounds, nice. I wonder when are they going to bring a RUF or a Impreza WRX STi out soon.

They had a notice on the forum saying they had some server issues and were working on it. Nothing to worry about.

I've seen some people lag about, but never seen that high of ping before.

It's been a while since they added some assets to the Loire track, I would love to see that track in its full glory.

I don't know. Someone just asked whey development of Loire had stalled and Ian said that the license holders had stopped responding to them.

I believe I saw a comment from Ian Bell that if they couldn't get the license that they would add some small variation somewhere and keep it as "loire".
