Real life aids were set. In real life the car does not have ABS, so there was none in Spa. The same would be the case if the car was chosen for the series.

@azidahaka try a bit more downforce on it, as the track is quite a downforce track. Practice makes perfect!






POINTS AND ROOM NUMBERS

I will do a final room list and points structure once all last minute entries are processed. Additional signups will be added to the room 2 roster and room numbers adjusted accordingly. We only need a handful of additional drivers to make two full rooms of 16. If people who initially expresed interest were active we would have more than enough drivers, more like 35 or so.

Damn. .... those walls are close when you try to go hard with the car .
There also 1 or 2 curbs that are dangerous to take at WATKINS Glenn .
But this track is made for the GT3 cars I think .

Like a constructors standing? That could be pretty cool, though some cars are gonna be less well represented than others. Or just a seperate table of drivers in each car, ie top 3 McLarens, top 5 Audi's etc.

I'll be online in a couple of hours, will practice with ya if ya like. I reckon you'll definitely find some time as I'm pretty sure you're quicker than me & I've managed a few laps in the low 43's, but mostly gettin high 44's.

I've actually got a spreadsheet I use for leagues that automatically works out constructors points and stuff each race, you just need to select it all and arrange it a certain way to get it to put it in the correct order. Feel free to use it if it's useful at all.

Some really close and fair racing tonight. Myself with Ramsey and Oz. Also Karsten in race 1 until he had a problem with his wheel. Enjoyed the racing close and fair.

The series will be close contest and competitive that's what we want. Now what car to drive

Saw the changelog screenshots. Looks like a good patch. I like the bias change messages and the track temp info on every screen now.

I don't have the update yet but did some testing tonight anyway for the first time with ABS. I was able to get a full 30 min stint done and the car feels good through the whole run which I was happy about, I was unsure how the rear engine would affect tire wear with all the high load sweepers.

Could anybody give me some numbers for optimal brake and engine temps? My brakes show in farenheit and my oil and water is in celcius pretty sure which is making it hard to figure out.

Brakes 1000 Fahrenheit max average. If you are in 1100-1200 after a corner that's too hot unless it's qualy lap or something. Engine and oil doesn't matter as long as it doesn't blow. Usually 135-145 is go boom range. Redline the car until it blows up then make sure your under that. 👍
