Just done a little calculation , let's say average laptime around 1:38.000 = 20 laps = 32.40 min .

ANNOUNCEMENT AND POLITE REQUEST
Bitching - Can we all please reduce the amount of bitching which is causing the thread and series to de-rail. I understand people have issues, it would be best handled in private conversation between the two drivers. If people are not intending on racing any further in the series, please can you let me know via message and I can arrange replacements to keep the rooms full. I would rather people contacted me directly to pull out, as it just adds potential negativity to the thread for whatever reason, I would like to try and avoid that.
Like I posted earlier, I will be implementing a penalty system before the next race, but have yet to discuss and decide on penalties between stewards (to also be confirmed), but will do this before the weekend. Suffice to say they will range from 10 secs to 30 secs, will be applied if evidence is provided of an offence.
I will be updating the rules with additional information, which I will urge everyone to read once posted. It will relate to the way to handle contact and issues. Basically common sense, you hit someone, you do not pass them until they are back up to race speed, even if that costs you a position(s). The way to avoid losing positions waiting for someone to regain the track is to not hit them in the 1st place. Other issues will be dealt with, but if people are not fair in relinquishing positions, a penalty will be applied to negate any gains acquired by carrying on, so it in your best interest to wait.
There are other issues I will address, but I am in work at the moment and felt the need to post to calm everyone the F:censored:k down! I will do my best to handle things from now on by applying penalties for infringements, but the finger pointing needs to stop, as this is how the last series fell on its arse. I would like to avoid that.
I would appreciate people handling their differences a little less publicly, it brings the thread and series down, which I do not want. Once people start getting on the 'I'm leaving' bandwagon, things quickly fall apart, I would like to prevent that.
@svenvangent wind in the comedy a little please, some people do not understand or find some things funny, I'm all for comedy, but not when people are taking it the wrong way.
@HammyMansell I hope you will still like to compete, but if not, let me know officially and I can make arrangements for replacements. Likewise
@ErnstJ, Ihope the future races will be a little closer to 30 minutes, in Hindsight Silverstone should have been 16 laps rather than 18. Races should be nearer the 30 minute mark in the future.
I would like everyone to get on and race cleanly and fairly, whilst handling disagreements like actual adults and dealing with it and moving on. The penalty system should alleviate these issues a little, as offences should be fairly clear cut and penalties can be applied accordingly based on the offence. Once penalties are applied, that will be the end of it, no more bickering on the thread.
Next race Shizzle.
Round 4 Le Circuit Bugatti will be run over 20 laps
Race 1 weather is Light cloud - Dry
Race 2 weather is Overcast - Dry
Please everyone, I don't want this to fall apart because of disagreements. There will be accidents, they will be handled on a case by case basis.
