Well I never Drove bugatti yet with gt3's and i wont be able to drive it until tomorrow but I got anyways no Chance if I see ppl like zakspeed participating in this league haha :D I just have to Check my mirror of upcoming cars lapping me :D
Edit: If there's any community at psn pls invite me so i can join your practise session :)

I will add you to the List Lukas. There are many different paced drivers to race against. Room 1 is a little quicker, but you would start in room2. If your finish is in the top 4 you get promoted to room 1 after the weekend.

Bottom 4 in room one go down, top 4 in room go up.

Here's the invisible walls I'm always talking about. At least a foot between the cars.

That's a bog standard latency issue. Hitbox is probably slightly larger than the car, coupled with the small amounts of lag that occasionally happen, and you get that.

Yea I guess. Me and oranges don't lag to each other, but I guess it's server lag (looking at you BF4). That's one of the worst cases I've ever recorded though. Hopefully it gets better because gt6 didn't have that and that game isn't exactly a benchmark.

Your signature

Aye, from what I've seen, there's no such thing as 'invisible walls', just bad connections :D

Heh, it made me lol.

Doing a lap on the Bugatti in the Z4. Can one of the aliens take a look at my lines at tell me where I can find my 3 or so seconds? I went alittle wide before the last two rights and hit the breaks alittle early on the S's after the long straight. You cant help but love this buggy mess of a game. She's like a real hot girlfriend that's a real bi:censored:!!! LOL I just noticed i dont have my time displayed. Ill get my official time and post.

Same problem as me at Silverstone and here. 3 odds seconds off pace but lines are 100% ok.

All down to tuning if you ask me, and i suck at that.

I can see your losing a fare bit in the chacain let the car roll over the left side after braking down to 3 gear then straighten the car over the bump on the right side full gas takes a few trees to know what your allowed to get away with I still need a little tuning myself as best at min is 33'643

I think you can grab a little more track groing round, which would enable you to get on the throttle early. Looking into the 1st chicane I'd say you could brake a little harder and later, then the long right I'd hold off the throttle initially, get the car in, as you gave it a couple of blips, which would have delayed you getting back on full throttle on exit, as on throttle it would push wide.

The main thing is trying to carry as much speed as possible into and out of the corners (I know it sounds obvious), you will be surprised how much time can be had by clipping every apex and getting early throttle, where you don't have to lift it at all once applied.

Keep on truckin' the times will come down fella. Good effort.

NEW - Penalties

Can I make everyone aware there will now be penalties applied for hitting other drivers in avoidable contact if the affected driver protests. I will not be actively policing all offences by video review at the end of the race, if people do feel they have been unfairly hit and wish to bring it to my attention, then it will be looked into. The way this will work is as folows.

Some examples of driving conduct worthy of penalties:

Hitting another driver causing them to go wide
Hitting another driver causing them to go wide and not conceding the position until the driver is up to speed.
Hitting another driver causing them to go off
Hitting another driver causing them to go off and not conceding the position until the driver is up to speed.
Causing an avoidable accident
Wrecking another drivers race
General bad driving for example turning in on another driver who is legitemately performing an overtake, excessive aggression in defence or attack, leading to contact.

For the most part, it is just common sense, being considerate to other drivers around you and trying to be as aware as possible about cars being near you on track. If you think there may be a car next to you, but are not sure, assume it is there and drive accordingly to avoid contact. Quite often it is when a driver does not realise another driver is still performing the manoever that contact is made. Unless you see the car return in your mirrors, it is highly likely they are in your blind spot. Be aware, that's all.

If a driver feels they have been unfairly hit and wish to contest this, they must start a conversation with me on GTP. I will then be able to facilitate enquiry and involvement of stewards in order to determine the penalty to be applied. I have not defined penalties at this stage, as offences vary and will be looked at on a case by case basis and a fair penalty applied, being agreed between the stewards.

Ideally there will be no significant incidents worthy of reporting, but I also am realistic, but also would prefer not to be spending significant time investigating issues. If there are repeat offenders with driving conduct they may be removed from the series, i hope this will not be the case, but the option must be there.

First corner and track penalties

One thing I would like to add lastly is regarding the start and the configuration of the track for potential carnage!

Be very careful on the run up to this corner, drive 7/10ths, rather that maximum commintment, that way you will have the ability to avoid cars changing position etc. Be aware that a group of cars will NEVER be going around a bend at the ideal hot lap pace, whilst jostling for position, so trying to do this in a gaggle of cars at the start is a recipie for sure contact.

I realise positions can be made a lost on the start and want to see fair fighting, as there are the most opportunities for gain/loss at a start, but also a high risk of accident. Having a race wrecked because of another drivers bad judgement is not how any of us wish to spend our Sunday evening.

The track penalties at this circuit are excessively harsh I feel, with very tight track limits. You must be considerate of this, as it is expected if you force a driver wide off track and they pick up a penalty, wait until it is run out, as they would not have had this otherwise.

Also be aware of drivers being affected by a penaty as you approach them, if you see someone go wide and they potentially may have a penaty, assume they will be getting one and position your car to avoid hitting the rear.

Please everyone, be as careful as you can, but also racey with it, we all want to have a good race with other drivers. Let's try our best to do this accross both rooms. It is always more fun talking about close races than pointing fingers about who was at fault.

Peace and Love people :gtpflag:

I'm envious, i think my best is a 36.6 and i'm not going to do that in race ever :P
Same. 36.6 is the best I can do. That was with race fuel, not sure what I can do with quali fuel, probably not much more though. I'm going to be back in room 2 next week lol.
