The last entry date is May 8; I will be out of town of town on the 5th and 6th which is why it's a bit late.

Please place "final entry" in your final entry post; feel free to post WIPs though.

You can use http://www.imageshack.us or http://xs.to to host your images.

This week we will be chopping 04 Honda Accord EX V6 as a request from Pimp Racer.

Feel free to PM me with suggestions for next week's car. Have fun! :)

Do you have bigger pic of it? because to me allready that original looks pretty jagged... I would rather like to work with high quality pic where i don't have to worry about the chop looking bad because of the bad quality of the original. My work looks jageed enough so i don't need any more jagged lines on it.

Sorry, thats the best pic I (or Pimp Racer) could find. I'm sorry, but work with what you got I guess and maybe the jaggies will look like they were already there ;)

I was a little to excited about this, so i did it now. Way early. If i think of anything i might change something. But for now here it is.

Don't want to make changes anymore.
FINAL ENTRY

Edit - For next time, is there any easier way to lower a vehicle in Photoshop than to cut out the body and lower it, leaving a gaping white space?

Yes. :)

If you copy and paste everything from the body up, you can lower the car without the annoying white space.

For example...

Then once you copy and paste that, you can lower it as far as you want.

The only downside is a rather visible line up the top, but you can easily get rid of that by saving it all as a jpeg file, reload said file, and either clone stamp it out, or select everything from the line down, copy it, close the file, open a new one, (leaving the settings it displays) and then pasting it.

Or you could just copy the car and paste it on a different background altogether. ;)

Why do you have to save it? can't you just clone it to the original or an new layer?
And you can get rid of the line on the top, just by cropping it (using crop tool). No need to merge all the layers to be able to paste it in new document.

Thanks, TVR. I didn't think to do it like that. This Honda seems to have difficult colors to work with. Especially the background.

Oh, hell. My trial for Photoshop CS expired yesterday. I'll try and get something else...

Thought I might enter this week, but that went to the wall when about a million things came up at work. Anyway, here's what I was working on. Thought I'd shre it with you ...
